We are on our way to Kyrgyzstan for the very first time. We'll land in Bishkek, stay a night, and then make our way to the more remote area of Chon Kemin. Along the way we'll see what a modern Kyrgyz city looks like, we'll check-in to a hotel, grab our first meal in Kyrgyzstan, and check out a lively Bishkek square. Then, the next day, we are tasked with the mission of traveling to Chong Kemin via marshrutka, a share taxi van that's popular with the locals. Chong Kemin national park is a beautiful area, surrounded by mountains, with a lot of old-world charm (and some not so charming things too).
