When I first put my String Joy set on 9-42, they were dull. After a few days of 30-45 minutes practice sessions they became very "rich" with a good feel. Its been a few weeks, and now they are dull again. My Super Slinkys and D'Addario's lasted longer. I might buy one more set of Joys before I revert back the Slinkys.

I have not played a set of slinky’s in a while. I think I like the way the string joy feel when bending. I will say I remember slinky’s being a brighter sounding string.
