    Here's a recipe for Smoky Chicken Tikka Biryani:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups basmati rice
    - 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
    - 1 cup yogurt
    - 2 tablespoons tikka masala powder
    - 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    - 1 onion, thinly sliced
    - 2 tomatoes, chopped
    - 2 green chilies, chopped
    - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
    - 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
    - 1/4 cup oil or ghee
    - Salt to taste
    - Water as needed
    - Coal for smoking (optional)
    For marination:
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - Salt to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
    2. Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Add the marinated chicken to this mixture and let it marinate for another 30 minutes to an hour.
    4. Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add sliced onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
    5. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft and oil starts to separate.
    6. Add marinated chicken along with the marinade to the pan. Cook until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
    7. Meanwhile, boil water in a large pot and add soaked rice. Cook until the rice is 70-80% done. Drain and keep aside.
    8. Layer the partially cooked rice over the chicken evenly. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and mint leaves on top.
    10. Cover the pan tightly for about 20-25 minutes.
    11.Heat a small piece of coal until red hot.
    12. Once the biryani is done.Place the hot coal in a small bowl in the center of the biryani and drizzle some oil or ghee over it. Quickly cover the dish with a lid and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to infuse the smoky flavor.
    13. Remove the coal and serve the Smoky Chicken Tikka Biryani hot with raita or salad.
