I would advise you to rarely eat bone marrow, it has a high cholesterol content. once a month is fine. You have no idea how many people die in bone marrow consumption, it may look harmless but bone marrow is actually dangerous.

I've try many different bone marrow dishes I know the best one was to make broth with it and put some veggies or some stuff (corn, chinese cabbage, leaks, white onion, ginger, garlic etc ) then some seasonings (salt, msg, whole black peppers)
Edit: I searched it and yep I remembered the name its bulalo
In indonesia called "sup tulang" from cow bone and mix veggie too,that's one of the most tasty soup here...give a little chilli and lemon when you eat that soup,..perfect...

If you want you can add chopped cilantro and onions on. Add the bone Marrow. Cheap & easy. After a while you'll become addicted to this combo every time.

There's no particular difference in fat taste between A1 and A5 lol, it's all the same fat tissue. The quality from A1 to A5 scales from the marbling itself - how many marbles of fat are there, are they evenly spread on the piece of meat, etc. And the taste of meat changes according to these characteristics.
