Build a strong team and fill in gaps, if needed next year, ie.. QB... Right now, a QB will not bring a SB. But a solid defense and o line will set us up for years.
Can not remember a draft in a long time where there were so many different options that could play out depending on how the board falls or pending trade ups. There is no way to predict a mock draft , just have to wait and trust that Telesco is on his game.
Well, going by the first round strategy of picking the safe player you know will be here 8 or 10 years and you wanna marry....At pick 13, that looks like Fuaga, Fashanu, Latham or Jackson Powers Johnson. ( don't really desperately need center but he's that guy) . Safest corner maybe Arnold? ( eventhough Im a Nate Wiggins guy)So one of those. I wish we were just a center away lol Jackson Powers Johnson is the perfect example of that type player.

Most mocks im doing im getting starting caliper ppl who I believe will become very good players late rounds so I love this would love to see u do a video mock and like a positional ranking of ur top 5 guys players at each pos for the raiders so not just the best players the best players we could get

So, GM’s have Nix ahead of Penix JR? That’s complete Bullshit! If the Raiders have a chance to draft Michael Penix JR and they pass on him? This will be one of the biggest mistakes Marc Davis & the Raiders will have done EVER because this one player will could catapult them into the Super Bowl next year and a good 12 year run as contenders!

I believe that Ruggs woulda been a hit for sure he was a good kid and loosing him really did kinda screw us but I just believe he got paid for a little in his head which is hard to avoid and made a legit fatal mistake

That draft was loaded with WR’s. Several taken after Ruggs have gone on to be All-Pro’s and Pro Bowlers. Lamb, Jefferson,Higgins,Ayuik just to name a few. Taking Ruggs at twelve was a bad use of draft capital.

@@rifflickshe definitely did not outplay every qb and he is nowhere near the best qb in that class. He had the best situation offensively. Great offensive line and great weapons. None of those other qbs had what he had. We’ve seen the type of player he is and he’s just not capable of being that franchise guy. Penix in this offense or even nix would do a lot better

TT has a good record of hitting on his picks in the first few rounds. His later round picks have been weaker
Latham or Fuaga @13 and I would not be unhappy if they then turned around and took Cooper Beebe in the 2nd to solidify the OL.

By Hondo's expert GM's opinions. There are no Q.B.'s worth drafting in the 1st round this year. I I agree with this line of thought.

It's 40% hit rate with a different staff! You can put that rating on the new staff. Let's see how they do apart from the past staff.
