I was practicing my run over red-hot coals. During the music I continued to the shore of the lake and continued to run across the lake. Perceiving nothing, I come to a steep precipice and slowly lower myself down. And I see that I just arrive at the edge of the glowing coal bed.

Very cool! Good to see/hear someone doing this!! I do something similar, yet not quite. I do not Tuvan throat sing yet I channel sounds through my vocal chords with harmonium (or shruti), crystal bowls, flute, drum and more...

Regarding overtones and throat singing, I listened a lots of Mongolian music and voices and try to repeat and understand how to produce these sounds from my body :D I was practicing while driving my car and after some times, I could start hearing the Overtone and I practiced more seriously from then 🙏🙏
@@disablust I've been crazy about tuvan throat singing for the last 2 years. And I'm having a overtone flute made for me and a IGIL which is the two-string OG horse hair violin. Having a hard time getting it out of Russia since tuva is in Russia. What city do you live in brother? I think we could share some similar interests and experiences with this meditation music stuff
