      I didn’t really didn’t do a Part 3 because getting an external line changes depending on where you are located - but it’s a good idea. I’ll plan it out!

    Super nice video, Is it possible to set up a paid number like 899 for those client who want to get phone assistant, paying a fee just calling? I mean, like computer assistance company that would like to provide help desk services not with an annual fee but just pay per use providing a pay per minute assistance

      Absolutely!
      In the software, you can connect to an outside provider that can give you various types of phone numbers - including toll free ones (800,899,etc)
      You will choose your location and then a list of preferred and supported suppliers will be presented with links to instructions.
      Here in Canada, I had four to choose from and ended-up getting 2 regular lines for about $20 Canadian each. 1-800 etc are usually a bit more , but still can be used.
      These are the SIP lines I address earlier in the video, and they are location dependant, but absolutely useful.

    What happens if the line is being used? How can you take multiple calls?

      The trunk line has a number of channels (simultaneous calls)

    I am wanting to set this up for my golf league, How can I send a mass text to all of these guys (24 in total). Am I allowed to have 24 users for free? Does anyone know of a free or inexpensive service available for such a thing?

      For a mass text, you could just create a “group” with everyone’s contact in it. That would use whatever number they currently have.
      However, if you wanted everyone to have their own custom extension so that they can interact that way - then you would need to purchase additional users (the free plan is up to 10).
