I don't get this.
Madhi beat his wife in front of her kids, his kid in front his mother and brothers and sisters. How could a court properly allow him to see those children unsupervised.
Did you hit your wife/ kids and indulge in coercive control or not? It doesn't matter if this was raised 10 hour later or 10 years, it is still a crime if it happened. The safety of the kids is paramount. The courts do not do this sort of thing where there is no threat to safety of the partner, and most pertinently, the children.

If he's done that it's extremely wrong & he should be dealt with according to islamic law, do you hear that, islamic law, not western atheistic law that are extremely unjust, many are allowed to walk after 4 years in prison for murder in the west, however that does not mean he hates his children & remember he's a Muslim in the Islamic law he's not denied his children, they are not abducted from him under slanderous false allegations & denied a fair trial under islamic law as a father, the western family courts are blatantly biased against father's & it's sickening & disbelief that so called Muslims are such sellouts, arguing in favour of non-islamic law as if it's ok to utilise non-islamic law to destroy islamic standards, it is not allowed to oppose islamic law you fools & it can take you out of the fold of Islam you fools, it is not at all permissable to utilise non-islamic law, make false allegations, spit on Islam, demonise Islam to non-Muslims in their kangaroo courts & deliberately lie to the non-Muslims to abduct the children from their loving father, why do so called Muslims argue & justify for non-islamic laws that can make one a non-Muslim, get that through your thick head of you are even a Muslim. Those sellouts, traitors to Islam who support child abduction, slander, etc you are traitors to Islam, Allaah & His Messenger & that has it's punishment itself under islamic law you are traitors, since you are all defending so called 'sisters' doing this, you are effectively saying you are not Muslims,.so become apostates one time & leave Islam, stop pretending you're Muslims when you are sellouts & traitors..💯
He doesn't live a caliphate. He should be judged by the laws of the country he lives in: even Islam agrees with that. And if he doesn't like that, he is free to leave Europe..

If you believe ‘the courts do not do this sort of thing’ you are deluded because in fact finding hearings it measured on probability, not evidence, so many false allegations are taken as fact. You obviously have faith in these non muslim courts and agree for dads to be treated unjustly if thats the case, regardless if men do right or wrong don’t believe these courts treat fathers good cause thats a lie and receipts are out there if you warn see.
No: only a court can rule on that I would not judge. But in Tidjani's case the court has already ruled on the basis for evidence. I don't say there are never miscarriages of justice though. @@disqualified_dads
