I love cinema of Kerala, I have seen more than 100 films from Kerala with IMDB ratings of above 7. My favorite Kerala directors are G Aravindan, Adoor Gopalakrishnan, Padmarajan, Shaji Karun, Dileesh Pothan, Ashiq Abu and Lijo Jose Pellisserry. These are my top 10 Malayalam films:
1) Angamaly Diaries (2017)
2) Ee Maa Yau (2018)
3) Anantaram (1987) This film by Adoor Gopalakrishnan is like Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022).
4) Guru (1997)
5) Traffic (2011)
6) Munnariyippu (2014)
7) Maalik (2021)
8) Android Kunjappan ver 5.25 (2019)
9) Esthapan (1980)
10) Great Indian Kitchen (2021)
dayyymm bro....
Being a malayali even i haven't watched some of this movies 😂❤
I have been a character artiste in a Malayalam movie shot in Goa btw.
@@basilsylvesterpinto10 Do you know a Malayalam film director called Basil Joseph?
He directed Minal Murali and also acted in Jaya Jaya He and Palthu Janwar.
@@basilsylvesterpinto10 I saw one Konkani film called Nachom Ia Kumpasar and the music in it was so awesome.
Kerala looks gorgeous. A place I would defo love to visit one day. So lush and green. Good weekend to all 🙏🏾👍🏾
Hi madam
26:41 thats Kochi water metro. First of its kind in Asia. It will act as subway system but using a fast moving boat. So the total metro in Kochi will be a rail - ferry integrated system.
Very interesting! Was really cool to see it, can’t wait to go on it!!
This is Summer time in Kerala..Best time to visit Kerala is between June to Feb...peak time is from August to December...

Feb end and March is the hottest time in Kerala. It will cool little bit by march end since summer rains strats by that time.
April too,🥵🥵
By May only monsoon starts, then July, August will be fully raining 🌧️
Also in April, May Kerala's temples hosts a festival called Pooram. Among dozens of major poorams in Kerala, Thrissur Pooram is the biggest.🎉
Great content! Great information as always!
Keep it up!
Kerala still has those age old trees atleast 150 to 200 years old.
Keralites call those trees as 'grand mother' or 'great grand mother'
Keralites love trees a lot ...You are going to witness it sooner. Almost each and every house will have trees lots of them.
The word 'Kerala or Keralam' means 'land of coconuts'
Njoy

Hello, it was nice to see your video about your visit to Cochin and the surrounding parts , marine drive , Subhash park etc.etc. Also noticed you seem to have an affinity for MOTHER NATURE and wild life. That is nice. SInce you mentioned that you have a 5 year visa to come to India., on your next trip, try to fly to the Cochin International airport, NEdumbassery, the first solar powered airport in the world. SInce you are a wildlife enhusiastt, try visiting ANAMALAI in the state of Tamil nadu , a wild life sanctuary and ofcourse our very own LULU mall, Cochin, supposedly the biggest mall in India, wayanad, Alleppey, to name just a few places. . On a fun note, must say, you have a striking resemblance with the hollywood actress sandra bullock CHEERS
Nice vlog. Welcome to India 🇮🇳 Rachel..Hope you have a great time here in India ..🙏
For wild life you should visit, waynad, munnar and thekady there do a boating in periyar lake...
Hey, Thanks for visiting Kerala ❤
Visit kaziranga nation park too. It is situated in Assam. I think there is botanical garden in bangluru too.
Really interesting vlog, we are going next March very useful
Hope you enjoy 🤩
You walked a lot today.. keep exploring ❤❤❤❤
You got to visit now.. travel the water metro along the vytilla -Kakkanad route.. you can view lot of migratory birds
You explained well what you saw in Kochi
Your must visit Munnar, alappy, Wayanad these are heavenly beautiful places in Kerala
You're pretty game following those three guys wherever they're leading you to
❤ amazing
You missed Queen's walk way near by this place 😮
Visit Darjeeling and Kolkata [west bengal state] and also sundarban national park
Kerala samosa is different from the one that you have had in the North.
Visit Wayanad, Muzhappilangad and Bekal beach
Great..
Amazing
I live there so I can imagine how much time you spent walking around. You sweat like crazy even after just walking for 10 mins in that heat and humidity. Unfortunately, you missed the more beautiful part of the walkway when you turned left and walked towards the metro. There's another walkway if you had gone a little more to the right after you got out of the mangalavanam to the main road, I prefer walking there as it's got more greenery and a better view. The water metro was supposed to open last year but it keeps getting delayed. You can still take a boat from the jetty to Fort Kochi in the old diesel-powered boats it's another means of public transport to Fort Kochi. Some of the venues for the Kochi Biennale are close to the Fort Kochi Jetty I think. It's there till April 10th so do give it a try
Please do visit Munnar , since you love nature I guarantee you will love it there.
Wow beautiful very nice Kerala place 👌👌💕❤️❤️💗
Glad to see you in kerala wish you a safe journey ❤️😄

They come from the land of snow and the snow mountain is no wonder to them
U should visit munnar and peryar national park and iduki to see nature
lovely stuff. greetings from Goa. Though you seem to have recorded from a regular phone like I do, the sights of nature is what I admire and thus enjoyed the most. That said, do you use a stabilizer when you edit/produce the video as you as with walkabouts there are constant shakes, but your video doesn't give that impression. And whatever happened to your GoPro? A new follower here. Have some catching up to do.
Used the GoPro, just the shot of the bats was the phone 😊
@@talesofodyssey thanks for the reply. Do you use a stabilizer on your editing/producing software?
subhash park that's the name of the park and you walked all the way from high court junction to near the park... I have been in cochin last 18 year not exactly in city it's outs curt of cochin, but it's cochin most densely people who are living related to IT, Infopark Cochin. Anyway I am not from cochin, Alappuzha(Alleppey).. You will get some house boat or small boat trip here(as you said electric ferry not started there but you will get boat cruising there and even you can enjoy cochin Navel base and shipyard over there in cochin) and you can enjoy natural beauty over in kuttanad. Any sorry I forgot to say you are first person to show us mangalavam bird sanctuary, marine drive and subhash park through youtube as a foreigner(fort cochin it's ok but this is heart of Eranakulam city). Thanks for doing such a lovely thing...
😄🙏🏼🙏🏼
WOW😻
We don't have much of pedestrian friendly 'pavements' here. So just to be on the safe side, walk on the side facing the direction of oncoming traffic. That bus was way too close to you.
Like a flower
visit on December or in rainy season
Mangal - Good fortune
Vanam - Forest.

Don't get me wrong which country you found more safe? Ty
Hi rachal…. Nice to see you
🙋🏼♀️
You should visit North-East India, it's the greenest part of India.
My city is so beautiful, very friendly people belongs to different religions, feel like friends and families. Everything is good shape but Un fortunately mosquitos r crowded every where regardless of location, several tourists visited here told me the same story, city is growing very fast but not Surroundings area, heads up please. Visitors viewing gallery in Birds Sanctuary is shaking immediate replace or repair it. Marine Drive is so beautiful people like it. Rachelle if you r still in Kochi do not forget to visit Fort Kochi tourists paradise ,enjoy the vacation, prayers from Florida, US. Have a safe blessed vacation.
Which city u love most
Go to goa, himachal,North East, ladakh kashmir
