Gulp Easter Egg - Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (Switch)

In Paper Mario: TTYD, if you use Gulp on a Pokey that lost all of its body segments, there's a small chance Yoshi just won't spit him out.

How do you take out the body segments without killing it?

the pokey will sometime attack with its segments. so he just waited until all were gone

Super or Ultra Hammer (the spinning hammer attacks Mario can do) can in fact get rid of a Pokey's segments. Pokeys can also throw their segments for attacks.
