    Just started a new job at a dealership and our snap on rep worked with me a lot and took almost 500 off my 40” roll cart! Got a few tools I’ve been needing and been commonly borrowing from other techs and my payments aren’t even that bad, the agreed payment is 20/week but I usually do 80/week to get it done with to buy more tools sooner

      The one wrench in the box that HAS to be snap on! And you went with Pittsburg after dishing out 20+ grand for a box.. tisk, tisk! Lol. Nice set up though. Good to see a tech take pride in his craft and hardware like I do. Well done.

    Do you know How many say "my rep might get in trouble" this is a ploy by snap-on so no one knows the true prices of boxes, and by not saying price you are protecting a large company and not a fellow mechanic, iv saw the same boxes priced with at least 60% difference and everyone thought they got a bargain, but realistically one lost 6K over the other guy because no one knows the prices, its brilliant business by snap-on, but if you think about it, what other product in that price range that you can not price around to check true prices?

    • @justinclark6053
      @justinclark6053  Před 4 lety +9

      You know what... you are absolutely right. I traded in a KLR1022 master series. After my trade in, I paid $3,300 for the new box and $800 for the powder coated power top. I unwrapped everything brand newand took it all off of the pallets myself. My snap-on rep delivered the box and UPS delivered the top. I hope this helps other people not get ripped off. I should have just stated this all in the video. Thank you for watching!

    I like how you have expandability. Lots of guys buy a box big enough for what they have, then buy more. Love the Kawasaki green.

      @justinclark6053  Před 5 lety

      Aaron Anderson Thanks for watching the video! You are exactly right. The ability to expand and grow is exactly why I bought this box. It is more than likely this is the last one I will ever need. It will take years to properly fill.

      If I’m honest... three hundred a month but its for the box and all the snap on tools that are not paid off. I traded in a master series so that helped. It’s all about your snap on dealer/tool rep. Sone are amazing and some are crooks. Also the time of year you are buying the box helps. My box and top was exactly 4K after my trade in. Some people think I’m crazy for paying that much for tools and a nice box and Sometimes I think I am too!

      Juleein Ray if you're looking for education for a skilled trade I highly recommend looking into one of the branches of military. The military will pay you to go to school as well as train you. And pay you to attend that training. Where as a civilian school you must pay them. Good luck to you sir.

      Hippysiam Pong DUDE THAT SO FUNNY HOU SAID THAT!! I just quit about a month ago. I couldn’t take it anymore. It was the worst management and leadership I have ever worked for in my entire life. The company as a whole treated me very well when I am not bashing them as a company. However my branch and the branch management was as I stated, the worst I have ever witnessed! And they don’t pay very well you are correct! I take it you know someone who works there or you have worked there previously?

      Doesnt matter when you're hourly for a fleet. You work on whats given to you, and get paid whether your busy at the moment or not.
