    I have driven this entry-level Kushaq. And I can confidently say that it is probably the best handling car in city conditions that I have ever driven. As Gavin said, if no one told you it's a 999 cc engine, you won't realise that it's a 999 cc engine.
    The downside of a Kushaq is its cabin quality. It is bad. Skoda really needs to improve a lot there.

  • @DigantoPaul
    @DigantoPaul Před rokem +7

    I vote for creta considering after sales service, spares and maintenance cost, spares availability, etc. Kushaq i would consider if i were a driving enthusiast and isn't much bothered about vfm.

    Fantastic to see Gavin. On CZcams and other platforms definitely people will buy the Skoda and VW. In real world it would be a Creta and Seltos. 😬
    Can compario be done between Creta, Seltos, Tiguan, Khushaq and dare I say Compass! 😬

    • @outofoffice4950
      @outofoffice4950 Před 2 lety +5

      Exactly, only on CZcams Germans have a big fan base.. I believe most of them own suzuki in reality... 😅😂😂
      Took Kushaq 1.0 test drive and have posted my detailed comments... Keeping the build quality aside kushaq 1.0 is even inferior to Sonet 1.0 😅... Why compare with Creta.. it might be more powerful with 1.5 tsi... Which I haven't rode.. but, 20 lakhs for any of this German twins is utter waste... 😀

  • @vsk906
    @vsk906 Před 2 lety +7

    Hyundai Creta users have learnt from the past that they should never bet for ride and handling, cornering with Germans in highways. But surprisingly Kia Seltos owners haven't learnt about it. As they are new kid in the block it ll take some time for them to realise their strengths and weakness in highways.

    Kushaq 1.0 TSI top end automatic is almost 19lakhs on road.. At that price point I am feeling a little shy to say that I own a car with 999cc engine.. After all we still believe there is no replacement to displacement.

    The kind of product Hyundai has pulled off with Creta is quite frankly INSANE. The things it offers in it's segment is just mind blowing. Not the best on the dynamics front, but other than that it's quite the perfect midsize SUV.
    I don't see any other car beating this insane package in the near future.

If skoda needs to compete with creta Or even seltos other brands in this segment need to offer more. Creta's cabin quality, ride quality, overall appearance is 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

    Hyundai has got one advantage here. If you need smoothness, 1.5 petrol will beat the Kushaq. But for Kushaq 1.0's performance, Creta's diesel is the answer which is a superior engine overall (added f.e. is the advantage.)
    1.5 kushaq or 1.4 Creta will remain niche.
