great video 👍 I get its on the Z4 platform, but i always thought this car would look better if the greenhouse/rear end was extended a few inches back kinda like the concept. Plus it give better visibility from the side windows too
Here's the thing regarding the platform: it's not exactly based on the Z4's. Rather, both the Z4 and Supra's are more purpose-built by BMW and Toyota just for them.
The crazy thing is that maybe Toyota did us a favor by not making the FT1 concept as the markups would be so insane that no regular person could afford it anyway
it's still a very controversial design. we got used to it and stopped noticing its weirdness like we stop noticing a piece of torn-off wallpaper at home, but it's still a weird design.

The irony is the mk4 was 80k back when it was in production and Toyota collaborated with BMW to drop the price down but as we can all see...it is the same price as the mk4 when it was in production lol
Fake Vents don't bother since Toyota has already said that they can be made functional if the individual wants too. Which I think most people like to call out but don't really care to actually make functional. So Toyota saved the consumers money making the vents non functional
Is the manual transmission a part of this special edition package only, or will they be making normal versions with a manual option? If the manual is only exclusive to these 500 special edition units, that seems like a horrible mistake.
i love the b58, and i love older bmw interiors and this is that plus some more toyota goodness and reliability. And the fact that you can get a dood manual makes it even better. So i essentially get a new bmw that doest looks shit and has its own unique character. And its cheaper.
People complain that it’s made by BMW, but it literally has a better engine and better interior than any other Toyota! Why would i want a Toyota interior over a bmw interior🤮
Huge miss by Toyota. It should've had a targa because it is actually built on a convertible's chassis lol. One of the major F-ups by them. No android auto being another. No big wing from the factory.
The back of the Toyota SUPRA looks weird its too small it's should be more Unique in the back of the car it's too small it's should be bigger to The sides and back
This is not a Supra and should just buy a BMW. The interiors are so much better than a cheap ass yota interior. It Started off as a BMW and will always be a BMW. Toyota has shamed the name Supra by outsourcing anything for its most iconic car. Nissan would never do that to the Skyline!!!

I'm sorry, but it is way too tight inside there. That roofline makes it even worse. Should have a camera system for blindspots. No android auto is a massive L. That exhaust was a poor choice by whomever this stealership is, it's made overseas and it's exit is on the passenger side here instead of the driver side. Big mistake. Let's hope Toyota rectifies their mistakes with the MK6. They can keep the B58 and beef it up a little from BMW, that's fine. They need to address those issues, the styling needs to take after the MKIV more, needs a big wang and a targa top. The car is built on a convertible chassis, no additional stiffening needed, why isn't it targa?! Huge L. Visibility is awful, and I own a Camaro SS 1LE, lol. It was far worse than the camaro. I can fit in the Camaro at 6'2".
