He realizes his English is limited and you can tell when he speaks English that he wants to say more and be more descriptive but he just doesn't have the vocabulary. Unfortunately, the translator is not doing a good job of translating all that GGG is saying, in fact, he's leaving out the better of what's actually being said.

From what I hear from GGG, my sense is that it was not all about money. GGG probably wants a dynamic young trainer able to engage physically with him in the ring. Abel is not able to do this at his age. He also wants an "old school" trainer. Banks is a good choice.
Guys, you can argue with that, but it’s obvious that both GGG and Abel are super greedy guys. But after 9 years of fellowship, Abel wouldn’t hesitate to pour pails of shit on GGG’s head by giving interviews soiling his reputation, calling him cheap. While Gennady has not revealed real qualifications of his ex-trainer and kept silence.
I wonder how much Abel got from two Canelo fights and how much effort he gave instead. Now who’s ungrateful?

There has been more than one person in the comments say the same exact thing here and some exact things that were said that were left out. Given these things I just pointed out, yes, I do believe that there were things left out.

i disagree the only reason canelo won was because he adapted and countered ggg one dimensional style. ggg must add to his style to adapt to different types of boxer at elite level. caneloi has done that for each opponent and props to him.
