Hey man, cool video! What's the name of the song you used at 0:54 ?
Hi sir im nagarjuna from india..I can intrest hand made ring how to send money.
could you try to make a ring that creates power to light led's using the spinner idea but to spin a coil. There's little information on the web.. I certainly wouldn't try doing it, but I'd buy one.
WOW, DUDE I JUST WANTED TO SAY U R AWSOME , I ADMIRE WHAT U DO AND THINK U HAVE MASTERD YOUR CRAFT, I WILL DEFINITELY B MAKING A PURCHASE VERY SOON, got my eye on a 1964 JFK HALF, THE GREATEST PRESIDENT THIS COUNTRY HAS AND PROBABLY WILL EVER HAVE. THX FOR SHARING THIS WITH US ALL, I HOPE IT BLOWS UP INTO A HUGE SUCCESS, WISH U ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD. I have been a coin collector most of my life, and love old coins and what they represent, a time when America was a different place. I love that our currency was once actually worth its weight.
Can i fucking buy this bro?
I've always been mildly curious about how people turn coins into rings, this was a pretty awesome video.
*makes ring out of coin* *sells for more coins* infinite money hack
mr nugget boy that’s lawfully illegal
bro dont say this anymore they might patch it
@@gameplaydesigner7329 but it's not illegal.
@@gameplaydesigner7329 It's absolutely not illegal. You should really read the law regarding altering coins
@@JeffryLandry I mean, once he makes the coins into rings, it technically has lost its value as "money" (can't use it as a coin anymore); at the same time, it's gained value as an accessory..... Right? I mean I can get a dollar as change for paying for something. Then I can burn it in a fireplace and no one would make a fuss. It is my money and I can do what I want with it.
I just love the shop you have, I am a retired Jeweler who lost my shop and store. I was diagnosed with Cancer 25 years ago, when my mother and my Priest, sold my shop and sold all my tools. I'm now still battling Cancer, although I wish I could be in my shop designing! I'm now 63 years old and don't have enough time and money to put together a shop like yours, or the one I had! Keep up the great work and I will keep watching, and living vicariously through you and your site!
Absolutely Excellent! Thanks for sharing that with us!
Fascinating!!! Enjoyed your creativity not only in making an amazing piece of jewelry but also the humor threaded into your video. "Destiny Rescue" new info that I will def check out. Thanks!
The creativity you continue to bring to making coin rings is so inspiring! When I think you've outdone yourself, you come up with sometime even more cool than what you've done in the past! Amazing work as always!
This is the first time I've ever seen anything like this. I don't even wear jewelry however I would wear this ring everyday.
Very cool... artist amaze me. I love watching you guys work!
Wow! This was the coolest thing! Really loved the ring (that's what caught my attention), but the process was truly wonderful to watch. Oh darn - you side tracked me. I was searching for tips on filling a gap in a piece of wood furniture. Appreciate the diversion 😊
I stumbled across this video. I just wanted to say WOW.. I just love the rings. You have some serious skills!
Your rings are very beautiful and you have a great humour 😁
Just ordered my Spinner Morgan and will be happy to wear this as my Wedding ring! AWESOME!
I have always wondered how spinner rings were made. I’m totally impressed and thank you for the education.
I don't know what I love more, the ring or that you're helping such a worthy cause. Okay, the ring comes in a very close second :D I think I would not have outer detail from the dollar but it looks fantastic either way.
Awesome! I would love to have one for my husband. He’s totally in to coin rings
I want one of those! I am going to check out your website. Thanks so much for sharing. I may get more than one. My family will love them!
I have no idea why this was in my recommended videos but definitely a cool ass video for sure. Thanks for sharing with us your artistic abilities

Do you watch Luke's Scambait channel? He makes rings too... I think that's why it was in my suggestions anyway. Glad it was though. :)
Destroyed? I think not. Absolutely fantastic work of Art.😍
the right tools for the job...nicely done
I love working with metal. I've been playing around welding with my various everlast welders but I've now come across these videos and hope to include ring making as one of my hobbies.
Just got hooked on a channel that restores matchbox cars, now this. The labyrinth that is CZcams strikes again.
As a professional jeweler of 20+ years I have to say I really enjoyed this video! Most of the techniques I already knew about but there were a few things I did not (including some of the tools used.) Just shows you can learn something new every day. :) Subscribed!
Thanks! I really love watching jewelers work. The amount of skills you guys have makes me jealous :). Maybe one day I'll get there.
@@CoinRingsfromTheMint You definitely have what it takes! I've thought about doing jewelry videos but it's impossible at my work and I'm not set up for it at home. Maybe one day... You can check out some of my work on my site (there are links to some of my written jewelry tutorials on Instructables.) Maybe it'll give you some new ideas- you might try some small stone setting in your rings.
@@makingtolearn why is it impossible? If it is because you have a boss you think won't let you, tell him it will be free advertising and you can do it when work is slow.

that was awesome, thank you for sharing.
That was just absolutely amazing! That is just too cool to watch you make a ring. Keep up the good work
This is absolutely gorgeous!! I've never seen this done before. I know my way around a steel working lathe (a little) but it was SO visually satisfying to watch these coins stamped out and pressed into their final shapes. This was the best thing I've seen all day !!
very skillful workmanship.
never even saw most of the tools used here.
Great job...looks amazing 👍👍
Super awesome & entertaining. Well done.
I love that you mention the destiny organization!!! I love place that do things like That!!!
Man, the amount of Tools needed for making a ring is something Crazy.
and don't forget the skillzzz, a craftsman always makes his work look easy, it rarely is so!
Bloody awesome! Thank you.
Awesome craftsman and the humor is perfect!
Nice work. Love watching your video. :-)
so cool!! These would make for great wedding rings!
Or even an engagement ring. How cool if your significant other made you a ring! Anybody can go to a jewelry store and buy a ring depending on money. How many people said My hubby, lover, or significant other made me a ring. You would show it off to friends and family. If you have the money you could hire a jeweler to make you a one of a kind piece of jewelry But it still not as special as someone you know intimately cared enough to make it with his or her own hands.
Super cool and creative! Thanks for sharing!
great video thanks for sharing. lovely finished product
I think you should have left the outside edges on, it gave it an extra touch because you wouldn't even see the inside unless your just displaying it. The smooth side should have been what goes around your finger.
Agreed! But still cool. Incredible art!!
I agree. Thats what I would do too.
Yeah I would leave the Morgan coin image on outside of the ring. Only cut for the spinner.
Was thinking the same thing. He reduced the interest on the outside. Maybe the finished produce would have looked too busy?
I like the contrast, so I disagree.
I started watching this for whatever reason it showed up in my feed..... and I loved it! You're funny, informative, the clips were hilarious and your editing is fantastic. Same applies to your craftsmanship, amazing skills!
Wow, beautiful ring. You do good work. 💞
Wow, that was real nice. Good job.
Great video, I'll be checking out your rings for sure, I think you make it look easier than it actually is, loved the Star Wars film clip 😎
The first youtube video I have watched in ages where the guy advertises for an NGO (destiny rescue in this case) and not some commercial product company. #respect
That is one nice ring. Good job.
That is probably the coolest thing I have ever seen. What a beautiful job!!
@ 3:41 Aussie $10 note spotted on the wall 😜
Cool work BTW 😎 Subbed.
Colaaah yeah and its at the end of the vid as well

I didn't notice that the 1st time watching this for some reason 0-o
When he dropped it it actually made me jump back a little.
you can here him say "Oh!" too and thats was funny
That was such a cool process! Thank you for teaching us your methods!
Beautiful work ... love it!
Not sure how youtube brought me to your video?? But is was cool as canada. Nice work on the ring
As a coin collector, when I saw you making a hole to a coin I was like "wow". But after seeing the final product I am very impressed
I cringed when he said he was going to use a Morgan Dollar. However, I like the final product but I think it would have been nicer to leave the coin details on the outside of the ring.
Not impressed at all. At least he should use coins which are worn, not destroy an EF, VF or AU coin. Destroying a fine coin for a ring is gross. What man would even wear a ring, (like this) except for his own wedding band? Furthermore, all the beauty of the Morgan dollar is hidden when worn. He could have simply used a cheap silver round, not an historic US coin. What an idiot, he is!
@@lannlann ...totally agree.
@@lannlann If you went to this man's website, you could see that he makes coin rings where the details are proudly displayed. I'd wear one of these rings, and I very well may order one. I also collect coins but I'm not such a drama queen that I get all butthurt over what this man is doing. Making fine jewelry out of coins is an art. One that you may not appreciate but my money (or coins) are on that we outnumber you haters.
That was just cool to watch such a awsome ring get made.thumbs up on the ring and video.
Love your tool&working room! It looks like you have everything! And the ring is beautiful
Hey Skyler, thanks so much for the shoutout! It means so much to have your support. Love your rings too. :D
Right on! You can thank the hard work Scott Stoutenburg has put in here in the PNW. His passion for these kids is really contagious!

Literally read my mind when you talked about the quenching thing.
Clay Delavan
Mine too! I always allow silver (especially .900 coin silver) to cool to room temperature before quenching. But some folks don't...it's not like he's moving much metal though...it would be different if he was making sheet or wire.
Great work sir, and you did a good job with explaining and going trough the steps and with doing that you made it very interesting.
That ring is gorgeous!
Absolutely some of the coolest shit ever seen. Your an artist man.

It was 10 hours of straight video editing! It is by far the most from any of my videos lol. I'm really trying to get my personality across better than I have in the past :) Thanks for noticing!

Truly a work of art. Love the craftmanship.
Would love to have one of your rings. They are a work of art. During the next give away keep me in mind. A big fan from Italy
Cool thanks!
Yeah, looks very nice

I think that $1.01 ring, should sell for $98.99..
They sell plain old garbage for more than that!... under $100?.. bargain.. just had a look on the link... that one is going for $309.. hmm.. maybe not this month
How can a person win ??? I’d love to be the lucky recipient of one of your beautiful rings !!! I love the spinner ring !! Turned out beautiful!!! I like watching your videos !!!
That was a lot of fun to watch. Thank you.
Fantastic work really enjoyed watching and learning from that 👍
I was about to have a heart attack 😱 until I seen the year of the CLC you were using! PHEW!! 😂 Absolutely gorgeous!!
Haha! Thanks :)
Are they worth much? I have one from 1876. Grandpa have it to me when I was a kid.
Hey Squid Master if you are talking about the coin being 1876 then keep it because it might be worth millions, because they started to make them in 1878. Lucky you.
@@Randyphx I have a Canadian penny from 1876 that looks similar then.
that looks great I like content like this ….coz I suck at creativity lol
Amazing. Great to watch
Wow Skyler.. i do love your rings.. 😍💜

Really Great video - that I just stumbled on to! Look forward to buying my very own from your website. Honestly I didn't realize the craftsmanship that went into creating a ring like this. Nice job!
I just clicked on this video because i love watching artists make stuff and learning from them so i can apply that knowledge to when i make stuff. everything was going well, i was getting a few good laughs and learning a lot until you started talking about Destiny Rescue. And i had to pause the video and comment because of how much my respect for you as a person just shot through the roof. I thought i was just going to watch this one video and move on but knowing that the artisan who provided me with the 11 minutes of entertainment in this video cares enough about such important issues as human trafficking to use his massive platform to spread awareness, i just had to subscribe and ill be spending a lot of my time in the future watching you create. Bravo man, happy to join the sub list.

Beautiful work. I love the way how rings are made. Step by step its so mesmerizing.
Amazing! Glad your channel was recommended 👊🏼
Dude, this coin ring is next level. Also, I disagree that the sausage in the mill was a bad decision. It had to be done.
Lol!
Putting your sausage in the lathe is the best way to learn.
It’s not a mill, it’s a lathe
i love metals , i dont know about crafting though, but i like the ring and your're very talented, ...
Very cool! Thank you.
Love the sound effects, great humor , thanks for mentioning the kid's, we need more of that . It's a terrible epidimic in our Country. Thanks Skylar
Welldone job, respect for hard work 😊👏
I love the concept, but personally i think it would have looked really nice with the coin visible on both sides, instead of just the inside
Ya once he polished off the outside of the Morgan dollar I was thinking 'Why use a coin if you are destroying the details of the coin?"
Great work
Wow magic and a lot of skill!
I'm not going to lie you told me a lot from watching your videos I'm going to buy some of them tools and I'm going to try it myself 😬I'mma start off with a quarter cuz I don't want to fuc up by gold coin lol
That was a great video skyler
