cash sure is handy but when someone pickpockets you they tend to want to take cash more then credit card sure you can lose more money from losing a credit card but you can cancel the card with just a call and then that person cant use it anymore and credit cards are trackable so more chances of you finding the person because you know where it was last used while with cash its not trackable it is almost impossible to know how they spent it or who spent it but there is no way of people stealing more then that you have in your wallet or pocket so both forms of payments has their pros and cons
