Incidentally it's day 25 yet no answers on who greenlighted the Dali as seaworthy to make her voyage to SriLanka halfway around the globe without resolving the electrical problems she had at dock? The Dali did summon two escort tugboats while in the channel but somehow they disembarked before reaching open sea? Coincidentally moments after the tugs left her sides the Dali lost main power, backup power and finally emergency power as well failed. Whoever was in command of the Dali decided to drop anchor causing the ship to veer starboard. Mayday distress was alerted. Most of bridge was cleared except for the 8 innocent workers on the bridge. Collision. Bridge collapses. Maybe our Mayor could afford the Americans some honest and factual answers? Like if all federally mandated laws, safety regulations and protocol were followed? C'mon Mr Mayor, answers please?
For years our Mayors have been out of their league. The last 2 great Mayors were Schaefer & Schmoke.

2. FSK - received a lot of national attention to get a lot of federal/state money to support the workers and recovery and rebuild.
3. Luck - Ivan Bates getting elected has presented the appearance that Scott’s policies are working.
