it does not work with the crane 2s transmitter that some with the pro kit...it has to be the version 3.0 / Ai transmitter?
Is it possible to connect the remote controller to a bigger screen with clear hdmi so I wouldn't have to by something like hollywood 400s?
i use this with my D7500 but it does not work with the gimball to give a live feed. iu know it is not a supported camera but the strange thing is that if i press the LUT option and press add SD card i will get a live transmission for about 2 seconds.... if anyone has anytips pls let me know!
Здравствуйте , купил стабилизатор weebill 2 вместе с трансмиттер ли. Целый день мучаюсь, кабеля все правильно подключиль по инструкции. В режиме фото на обоих экранах все показывает но когда переключаю в режим видео то на экране стабилизатора нет изображения
Important - first switch on the module, then the Gimbal. Or the weebill will turn off.
Does my transmount transmitter from the weebill s and the follow focus motor works (compitable) with the weebill 2?
I honestly don't know - I think you should contact Zhiyun and ask them directly (please report back so that we will all learn something after you get an answer).
Did you manage to get shutter speed, iso and f stop to work remotely for the sony on the vc100 please?
These remote functions depend on camera compatibility. We haven't been able to use these functions with our cameras. Still waiting on firmware updates to include our cameras.

Sure thing - I am sure more viewers will like to know if the camera control features work with Panasonic cameras (and how well they do so).

Looking at the Zhiyun website (and some other dealers it seems to me that the company doesn't really want to support/make the MasterEye anymore. I don't know why since I think that this product was an amazing idea that needed some more work in terms of software. I also could not find a camera support list for you...
I have the same kit, a7III. I connected everything the same as in the movie and I do not have an image on the live wiev of the gimbal. What may be the problem ?
Are you sure the A7III is a supported camera?
Nice review, can I still use the combo of video transmitter and master eye controller to control my camera recording without gimbal . I don’t want to buy a gimbal, just want to make sure the combo still works independently for live viewing and camera controlling. I just need to control start or stop recording remotely. And don’t want to use my phone to connect zhiyun wifi every time. Is that possible? Thanks in advance.
Would you try removing the cable between the gimbal and the transmitter, to see if the master eye controller is still capable of controlling some parameters of the camera? Let me know when you find out. Thanks very much!
I think that Art did test it without the gimbal and it worked but I am not 100% that you don't need the gimbal for some initial setting - I'll ask him.
you can connect to the video feed without the gimbal, but all of the camera control functions work through the gimbal only.
Do you think you could mount the mastereye to the gimble and use it as a conventional field monitor?

Greetings to you! Can you advise me which controller and transmitter is better for my stabilizer to fully control the camera with the stabilizer remotely? I have a Zhiyun Weebill S stabilizer and a Sony A 6300 camera.
This controller will have very limited functionality with the a6300. It's designed to be used with the Weebill 2. It might be problematic to mount the transmitter on the Weebill S.

In what way do you want to do this? the vc100 has no HDMI out...
Did you ever figure out how to get audio from the Master eye?
No. In general, this is an abandoned product. Which is very sad. I hope that something along these lines will be manufactured and supported by a different manufacturer in the future.
While its great it allows a tablet to connect to act as a control surface, a video only screen would also serve as a director screen with access to the controls screen password protected.

check if it's plugged into the right port. It's a bit confusing. Does this operation work from the gimbal?

Sony uses the multi USB cable, but depending on the model, the micro may work as well. Смотря, какая модель. Вообще - мульти, но микро тоже может работать. От этого зависят функции передачи команд камере.

Just to make sure - you have the transmitter unit hooked up to the gimbal and the camera connected to it right (it's a lot of cables - make sure they are all connected correctly). Did you update the firmware (we had all sorts of issues early on until we got it to work - Maybe Art can help)...

the record button has a half-press focus function. A full press starts recording. For the control wheel, check the menu to configure it.
