A mighty head to head with three of the finest (German!) hot hatch cars money can buy - the BMW M140i, Audi RS3, and Volkswagen Golf R Estate (yup, an Estate, as we couldn't get the standard Golf R hatchback - and sadly we couldn’t get the Audi S3 or Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG either).
Ex Top Gear and Fifth Gear host Tiff Needell stars alongside Paul Woodman and Ryan Cullen who put the cars through their paces, mostly sideways by Tiff, at Pembrey Circuit in South Wales.

I'd say get your hands on the M140i while you still can, next gen will not have RWD nor will it have a 6Cyl - end of an era.

Done 22k in an M140i over the last 18 months. Makes a brilliant daily as well as track toy. Silky six pot, correct wheel drive, loads of fun, and brilliant balance. Sucks balls in the snow, but that's one or two days a year maximum.

Engaging, entertaining, enjoyable, fun, informative. Every video is great but they seem to get better and better. For a small outfit the production, editing and sound is really impressive too. M140i 20k cheaper than the RS3. Sounds amazing and 0.5 second slower than a 400hp RS3. Got to be a winner in my eyes.

BMW ultimate driving machine. Looks the best aswell.
