Yes he had a good showing against BB pirates but if Aokiji wasn't so sentimental about Garp, he would've killed him. Garp is one of my favorite characters but you won't see me be biased towards him.

The thing is in a 3rd one sengoku wont be able to send kizaru because by that time tons of men were dead whitebeard needed someone to stop him because aokiji wont do it akainu to injured so thats only 1 admiral to defend aginst the higher ups of shanks and whitebeards crews

Sea stone cuffs do affect luffy's haki in Udan (Kaido's prison), so I'm sure they use them on garp. Nice video tho

in the 3rd scenario, i find it more likely that garp wouldnt be captured and would escape with luffy. I think this is more likely because white beard was still alive when ace died and he got killed by black beard just before shanks showed up. now in the original sen goku didnt join the fight because he was keeping garp in check, but perhaps white beard would go and fight sen goku while garp goes for akainu. now i dont know why kizaru wasnt doing a lot during the fight and he might become more active during the fight but it could also be that he is being kept busy by other pirates. Garp joining the fight would probably not stop black beards crew from killing white beard but i do think the fighting would become more severe and be more shifted to the pirates side preventing his capture until shanks arrives.
Actually Garp would die. Not from Akainu but from Sengoku. Oda said in an SBS that if Garp had killed Akainu both he and Sengoku will fight and both will die.

I think Koby would be right with Garp for this, I don't think he would cry over it. Koby deeply cares for Luffy and his crew as well as Garp himself. And considering what was going on and how it would deeply impact the people he cares about you would think he would be happy to avoid that outcome.
All I'm saying is that it took 10 days for Akainu to beat Kuzan. And Garp did overpowered him in a relatively short time.
