Did you notice a difference in engine noise begin the four and the three cylinder? I've watched and read a couple of reviews that said the four cylinder is quite thrashy and loud when you really come down on the accelerator pedal vs. the three cylinder turbo. So much so that one reviewer said go with the 1.0 turbo.
Ohh, good question about the engine noise in the 1.0 EcoBosot vs 2L! It's been a little while since I did the EcoSport videos so I'll have to fire them each up to see if I notice much of a noise difference when they're side by side
Hi Steve. Just an FYI. The auto start stop will not work until the vehicle computer detects a full charge on the battery. Once there is a full charge, the battery will run the systems at a full stop while the engine is running. Stay Safe.

Isn't reverse wiper for turning on the rear wiper when the vehicle is in reverse?
Yes it is! Misspoke on this one when I shot the video. Thanks for pointing it out!
@@CarsWithSteve I was in park and I put on the reverse wipers on with the tab switch on the side that operates the regular wipers on the right side of the steering wheel.
@@Th33Vultur3 Some Fords do have the option for wipers when in reverse - so even if you don't have the rear wiper toggled on - if your front wipers are going and you back up it'll automatically flip on your rear wipers too!

No remote start?
You can add it in aftermarket but the regular fob doesn't have it available on any trim level
@@CarsWithSteve I'm trying the Ford connect app but it doesn't seem to connect Even after the reset but I'll keep trying I suppose. I feel lost without remote start
There's an aftermarket system that can be added into the EcoSport.. Check with your Ford dealer because there is a little 1 button fob they can link to the car!

I'd 100% recommend this larger screen over the smaller 4" default one if you have your eyes on an EcoSport

Definitely not the most popular vehicle in the Ford lineup but it does well in India where it's manufactured - and over half the unit made are shipped overseas. There's a market for every car - AMC Gremlin, Peel Trident, Chevy Corvair...
I read this review yesterday and decided to count how many I saw today. I saw 13. I know 2 people that have them and love them. It’s one of the few cars that have been released that still doesn’t have an engine or mechanical recall of any kind from the 2018 year onward. Also, it’s call ECOsport (pronounced Echosport) because in Latin countries that is how you pronounce it and it was originally released in Brazil. So they decided to just go with the ORIGINAL pronunciation.
I see alot in my town
