I know why it’s lagging, so basically if there are too many parts in a confined area there will be sudden spikes in CPU. And the spikes in CPU cause the lag.

Because the game developer is so STINGY that he cut out the entirety of content in his Forest map, and kept saying people complained so much that he did all of that.
I don't think he cares anymore about lag like he said "Your actions have consequences, and they'll come back to bite you".
