    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup (130g) vital wheat gluten
    ¾ cup (75g) blanched almond flour
    ¼ cup (25g) oat fiber
    2-4 tablespoons (25-50g) powdered erythritol
    2 teaspoons (6g) instant dry yeast
    ½ teaspoon (2g) baking powder
    ¼ teaspoon (0.5g) xanthan gum
    ¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
    ⅔ cup (158mL) warm unsweetened almond milk
    1 teaspoon (7g) honey
    2 ounces (60g) softened cream cheese
    2 tablespoons (30g) melted unsalted butter
    1 large beaten egg
    2-3 ounces (60-85g) cream cheese cut into 14 cubes
    melted butter (optional)
    powdered sweetener (optional)
    Bake at 310°F (155°C) for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the metric/gram measurements (using a digital scale), rather than the standard/cup measurements.

    Oh lordy! Mine just came out of the oven. I added more erythritol and added some chocolate chips with the cream cheese. They are incredibly moist and soft and delicious. Oh, the possibilities for these seem endless! Next time I might try to make them savoury. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

      It’s true My children ( 33 and 29 ) observe with a little concern everything I get for my new hobby.....following K... but at the same time they enjoy everything I make. My daughter who is very skinny is keto because she lives with PCO and keto helps her a lot, but the other one is not but he still enjoys the desserts.

    Not only did I LOVE the rolls I tripled the recipe and made two Loafs! 40 min cook time. Didn’t put the cream cheese in center… OMG these are AMazing! My son who hates keto breads has polished off almost the whole loaf! That’s how yummy
    This is! So versatile! Thanks! I have a wheat sensitivity but no problems with this yet!

    I just did mine, I cut the dough into half. Other half I stuffed cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese. The other half i made cinnamon rolls. I used two 6x6 round pan for the two breads…All turns out great! Thank you for the fantastic recipe ♥️
    By the way, i skipped the oat fiber and i replace almond milk to just warm water, bread is still amazing 😍

    As all your recipes I already made this is a great one. I used truffled cream cheese as filling and the result was amazing as well as the ones with no filling. Thanks for all the recipes and your excellent work. I use the basic recipe of your chocolate peanut butter ice cream for all ice creams I make even strawberry and they are amazing. Thanks a lot.

    I made this. WOW! I had ALL the ingredients on hand and was dying to use my vital wheat gluten in something keto. The texture and taste is PHENOMENAL. I can tolerate gluten so I am soooooooooooooooooooooo happy with this bread. And the rise and smell - yum yum yum!
    Next time, I am going to venture out and DEEP FRY the dough (eliminating inside cream cheese) and then coat with a sweet keto glaze. The stretchy light nature makes me think it could be a great donut and I've been searching high and low looking for a great keto donut recipe. Wish me luck! 😍😍😍😍

    This is awesome!! They remind me of the buns we used to get from a local Chinese bakery and oh my word they were soooo delicious but I haven’t had one in 14yrs!! So I’m definitely going to give these a try!! Hopefully they will freeze well.

    Wow, your channel has grown so much! No loud bread slices falling today, so my favorite part was 3:57 and 3:12 - 3:20 lol perhaps this is the way you do everything. I know a lady that moves in a very delicate way and I love observing her moves when we meet. It's sinuous, like a wavelength? 🤔 Hmmm... imagine NOT dancing the hula (Hawaiian dance) but almost moving like that naturally. Great video, as usual 😍

    I saw this recipe the other day, immediately went to Amazon and ordered oat fiber - got everything else. Made them tonight and all I can say is Wow! I even screwed up my recipe a bit but they are still delicious!!! I wonder if you could add shredded cheese to dough? I will try. Bless you for blessing us with your amazing skills. I come here on stressful days just to hear the music and watch you!

      VWG is odorless....maybe check the expiry date? I use Bob's never been any smell...and trust me I'm very sensitive lol

      @@KyesKitchen in my country i couldn't find anywhere wvg so i called at a factory that makes pasta and they would sell it only in huge packages of 25kg so now i have 25 kg of vwg that smells weird 🤪

    I have made some of your other recipes and they all come out so good! My sisters can't even tell that it's keto! I want to make this next but have a question. Is oat fiber necessary? I don't have it on hand so wondering if I can omit or if there is another substitute. Thanks so much!

      Hi! Honey is not keto friendly but in this case yeast will consume it and it will not affect the nutrition of the final product. You can search some keto/low carb bread recipes using vital wheat gluten and sugar/honey/inulin is commonly use to activate the yeast.

    When you say powdered erythritol, does that mean confectioners style or granulated? I assumed it was confectioners but in the video it looks more like granulated.

But FYI: Oat fiber can be instrumental in controlling the texture of high-fat keto food products while also preventing bowel obstruction often associated with the keto diet.
