Love the recipie thank you! A question - has anyone managed to make this into a really thin crust pizza, Italian style? When I use this recipie, I can make a deep-pan, but a thinly rolled crust ends up "balooning" in the oven, tried poking holes in it to prevent it becoming a hot air baloon but no joy! Anyone know what to tweak to make this a really thin cripsy crust? 😀
I've made something like This before and the baking powder always makes it taste bad. Also wondering how much processing does the almond flour have to go through? Not sure if this is good food if you have health problems. One more thing, I'm pretty sure that much erythritol will cause you digestive system problems. I wish things were easier.
You just need eggs almond flour baking powder and butter not all that extra stuff.
This bread is amazing. I put all the ingredients in my food processor for one minute and that was all the hands-on time needed. I over-proved the first loaf and it rose so much that it was almost too soft to cut but the second loaf was perfect! Great for sandwiches and also toasted with scrambled tofu. I’ll definitely be making this at least once a week.

I did this but not with almond flour, I made a version with coconut flour and some bamboo flour. I put about 20 grams of coconut flour and about 8 grams of bamboo fiber and I made sure the consistency is like yours, it is not as white as yours,m rather more yellowish but it tasted so good. I plan to do this on a baking form and do it in the oven to make a bread loaf because microwave tends to cook the outside faster than the inside. I might even put less coconut flour and more psyllium and/or bamboo fiber hoping to make it even lower in carbs. Maybe even eliminate coconut flour and keep it at 0 carbs.

I am going to try this is a flat pan and make ficaccioa. I think I will add cilantro, garlic and olives to the dough and put some sun-ripen tomatoes from the jar laid on top.
So simple even i can make them. Thank yok. Been craving the crunch.
