As long as you get it right the last time. Great video. I remember looking at those tractors when they were new in the show room, love the green. Thanks Bruce. Stevo
You come across like someone who tries to do things the right way but the fact that you found another belt configuration that works the blades, makes them spin in the correct rotation on a 3 spindle deck,,,,,, makes you a genius !!! Lol. I'm always learning something by watching your videos Bruce, thank you sir.
How's she goin'? So Bruce I want you to know I marked this date on my calendar and had a note on it to show that you actually made an error!! LOL Good on you for posting the error and the correction. You the man buddy!! Take care!!
Too many Pina Colada eh? Rare to see a John Deere deck that was manufactured correctly since most of them are peeling off. Those tracks and trails your seeing normally come from good drugs lol! Well done Brucey boy you do not see many of these mowers that well taken care of. As Confucius say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder (maybe somebody else said it ).
No. All that means is that I have not removed the seal. I understand I may be greasing the outside of these bearings. The JD bearings may be open. I have never looked.
Good morning. Just came across your video but wondering what position the blades go in as I just got this deck and 1 on the center hits and 1 from one side hits as well. Wondering if they had the wrong blades on this deck or maybe something is bent? Hoping not and a simple fix? Any help would be appreciated though. Thank you and have a good day
Well As you saw there are 6 blades. Just make sure they are all instaled the same (upper and lower) then measure anywhere you can get a good reference.
@@BrucesShop Hi thank you but needed to know what was the upper and what was the lower and do they all need to be set in the same position? Hoping the wrong blades are on it or they are bent? Deck is clean though. Thank you
@@BrucesShop I do rear discharge. I don't have the mulching baffle in my deck. I didn't realize that you could install a bag onto the rear discharge. It's a great deck, really cuts down my mowing time with being able to trim on both sides.
Mr Bruce it's always nice to have people willing to help, they went about it the right way. Kudos to all involved. 👍
Absolutely
It's easy to see things like that while watching a video. I noticed the error but did not comment. I thought someone would. Keep on trucking Bruce.
Thanks for that

Always take a picture. I was wondering about that belt.

Thanks for the great comment as always Wayne. We are lucky the climate is dry out here. It stops rust.
You messed up well at least you got it right again there young man 👍😎
Thanks for watching again
@@BrucesShop your welcome Bruce 👍😎😁
Bruce when replacing spindle bearings do you recommend eliminating inner seals so grease can get to bearings?
No. All that means is that I have not removed the seal. I understand I may be greasing the outside of these bearings. The JD bearings may be open. I have never looked.

Hi Bruce! Do you mulch or rear discharge with your deck?
I mulch. I do not have the bag for the rear discharge.
