OH I'm sorry I've already moved away from that place and I've sold the trimmer :( It is really not so complicated to change it! you have to force down that white round plastic that holds the trimmel line inside the trimmer head and just roll up a few meter of replacement line (you can buy it from wilko or anywhere) then just click the line into those small bumps on the side of the head to secure them then put back the white plastic...i know it sounds complicated, and i also struggled a bit at the first attempt but in the end you will be able to replace it in no time after a few attempts...! just try it :)
I Agree i Bought One Ruined My Garden Made Grass Lumps Never Use This One Again Was Very Disapoited With The Soverighn Trimmer Only Really Good For Edgeing.
