Thank you so much andi. we shouldn't use soap to clean the mud pods. as they are porous they absorb detergent. we need to use a little hot water along with some salt to clean them. a little vinegar when non-veg items are cooked. I'm using coconut fiber scrubbing brush to clean to the pots. we can also use Ash(if available) to clean them. I should have told that in the video.

    Very informative 👍
    1. You can season the stainless steel pans too for fry items. Works well for veg but burns slightly for non veg dry fry’s.
    2. Stainless steel has also many variations, one is just thick bottom, second try ply and third 5ply. Tri-ply n 5ply r exp but give more even heating bcoz of copper layer in the middle
    3. To clean the burnt part just boil some water (plain or with lil lime or vinegar) n with the spoon all the burnt part comes out without any effort

You are welcome andi. For idly i would like to suggest stainless steel. Brass and bronze both need be maintained and used carefully. Bronze is better than brass as it has tin. If we use the brass vessels without tin coating the copper leeches in the food. So it’s better to use stainless in my opinion. As of now i didn’t own any brass or bronze cooking pots. Thinking to buy one bronze small pot. Cast iron. Brass and bronze viniyoganni mallee popular cheyadaniki aluminium ni chedu chesesaru kanee sarigga vaadakapothe denikaina adverse effects thappavu andi. Nenu Thelusukunna daani prakaram aluminium sarigga vaadagaligithe it isn’t that harmful. Maa thathagaru vallu annee aluminium patrale vaadevaru. They are 90 now.
