Hi love your vids and been following them always.im planning to do this cake. Can i use this recipe for a 6x2 round cake or should i just make half of this? And whats your advce to make the cream cheese frostinf stable? I once baked a carrot cake and it was a disaster as the icing i made was runny. Ang init po kc dito sa pinas thank you!
I haven't tried na i-halve ang recipe. Cakes with cream cheese frosting needs to be refrigerated.

You may have extra batter if you will be using one.

I haven't tried. May cornstarch kasi ang cake flour so di ko alam kung okay. I suggest to follow the recipe as it is.

Loaf pan is a bit thicker and taller so it might take about 45 minutes siguro. I haven't tried it myself so I can't really give you an exact answer. You will have to test it yourself.

Hi as long as ung block cream cheese and yes any unsalted butter. You can adjust the powdered sugar sa frosting and can even cut it in half if you like.

You're welcome. Ang ginamit ko na walnuts is ready to use that I eat for snacking and baking. It it's raw then yes you have to toast it but meron nabibili na for baking.

Hi I really don't know why people complicate recipes, i mean a person already use sooo much dishes to make the batter so its better not to use soooo much baking pans , just make ones life easy and others too by using 1 baking pan an only clean 1 baking pan as when using toooo many u must know how much batter goes per pan

I used PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
I use Philadelphia as well. Make sure to soften the cream cheese to room temperature. I have another video "Vanilla Cupcakes" using cream cheese frosting as well but with whipping cream. You can try this Carrot Cake Frosting or that one.

Hi mam Janette. Since ilang recipes na nagawa ko from your recipes at masarap naman ang kinalabasan so I decided na gawin itong recipe na ito. Pero disappointed ako sa kinalabasan kasi sobrang tamis nung cream cheese frosting kahit nagreduced na ako ng paglagay ng powdered sugar. Pati Yung carrot cake butter mismo i find it too heavy maybe because of too much oil??
Marami na nakagawa nito sa na nagcomment sa facebook page ko and so far wala ako comment na nakuha na ganoon. Sa tamis you can adjust it according to your preference pero if you search for a other recipes, you will see how much sugar they put sa frosting. Nagbawas pa ako nyan. For the cake batter, ano oil ginamit mo? So far kasi wala rin naman ako nakuhang feedback na ganoon.

Ano po reason ng doming sa center ng cake?
The cake pan is heating up much faster than the rest of the cake. This causes the edges to set before the cake has risen fully, and as the rest of the cake cooks the centre rises and creates a dome.

Yes 😊, I always use unsalted butter sa lahat ng recipes ko. Unless otherwise stated sa recipe.

I think so pero hindi kasi tayo pareho ng oven na ginagamit. Gas oven ang gamit ko at nasa ilalim lang ang heating element nya pero I believe both ay bukas dapat. Alamin mo lang kung dapat mo ibaba ang temp kasi depende sa laki ng oven mo at kung malapit sya sa heating element or else madali masusunog.
