İ have this car for 10 years i take it perfect. For 10 years i change my self the motor oil and air filters etc. And its perfect after 26 years. İt is very reliable motor.
THe engine is running so smoothly impressive i have same engine but mine is ticking a bit. I wonder if i should change hydraulic lifters or keep as it is. I have 275,000 km what you think ?
@@apietsoedarno7309the book said that 2.0 16v GMV și open on 97°c...and the temperature working on this moteur îs în Town 95-100°c always....on road (autobahn) yes, the tempetature îs 83°c...

I have read people using 5W30 for a while, then going back to the recommended 5W40. But the XU uses tappets, its the EW that uses hydraulic lifters.

Engine is reliable if maintained properly, make sure cooling system work optimal.
