I am a registered nurse. Trump reminds me of when I was at University, having to do clinicals in different assisted living facilities. One had an Alzheimer's unit. The residents with organic brain disease would speak of nonsense in past of things that did not happen and they would speak of nonsense that was going to happen. I believe he has a brain disease. This is clinically fascinating to watch him exist in a world that is not in reality.

What's funny is that Article II is almost entirely comprised of describing how elections will happen. There are only 4 paragraphs describing the President's power.
The 1st says he's the Commander-in-chief and that he can grant pardons.
The 2nd says that he can make treaties as well elect public officials and Supreme Court justices.
The 3rd says he can temporarily fill vacancies in Congress during recess.
The 4th says that he'll give the State of the Union address and that he can convene and adjourn Congress if absolutely necessary.
I'm fairly certain never talks about Article II because:
1) he's never read it
2) he's illiterate so he can't read it
3) he's so deluded that he didn't understand it despite it being very clear and specific.
