SWTrains announcement: keep luggage clear of bike racks

A guard onboard a SouthWest Trains departure from Basingstoke towards Salisbury announces to passengers that luggage is not to be stored in the area reserved for parking bicycles. No one came to move the luggage, though.
Every carriage has several places where luggage can be stored; however a whole train has just 1 or 2 places where bicycles can be put into racks, which keeps them from blocking the aisles.

I would've moved the luggage bags for my bike, then shout out loud whose bags are blocking the aisle. lol
