A concerning trend is emerging: African leaders often turn to former colonial powers like France for solutions to the challenges faced by the continent. While international collaboration is essential, there is a growing need for African leaders to foster self-reliance and seek homegrown solutions to the unique problems that their countries face. This video delves into why African leaders should reconsider their reliance on France and other external actors and focus on cultivating African solutions for African problems.
Africa's colonial past is marked by exploitation, resource extraction, and the imposition of foreign systems that often disregarded indigenous cultures and values. Relying on former colonial powers like France for solutions can inadvertently perpetuate a neocolonial dynamic, reinforcing the notion that African nations are incapable of addressing their problems independently.
Solutions that work in France or other Western countries may not necessarily be applicable or effective in the African context. African leaders possess a deeper understanding of their societies and the intricacies of their challenges, making them better equipped to devise tailored solutions that resonate with their people's needs.
Seeking solutions from external sources can undermine the sense of ownership and empowerment among African citizens. When leaders consistently turn to foreign powers for answers, it sends a message that local expertise and knowledge are insufficient. This approach can diminish citizens' confidence in their own abilities to effect change and develop their nations.
Relying on external solutions can stifle innovation and hinder the development of local expertise. African nations have a wealth of talented individuals across various fields who can contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to solve the continent's challenges. By prioritizing homegrown solutions, leaders can foster an environment where innovation and creativity flourish.
African nations share many common challenges, making collaborative efforts crucial to address them effectively. Instead of relying solely on external powers, African leaders should focus on building strong regional networks that allow countries to share experiences, expertise, and resources. By working together, African nations can pool their strengths and develop solutions that are tailored to the continent's specific needs.
The time has come for African leaders to reconsider their approach to solving the continent's problems. While international collaboration is essential, excessive dependence on former colonial powers like France can perpetuate a cycle of reliance and undermine the progress that African nations have made. By embracing African solutions for African problems, leaders can empower their citizens, promote innovation, and build a brighter future based on the continent's unique strengths and values.
He is 200 percent right, Europe doesn't have their own self together. If anything Europe will make things worse, and profit for themselves.

If I have a problem in my marriage is it better that each honestly look at the actions and motivation of the self and see a gainful positive truth if needed to change a behavior without criticism to compliment the health of the relationship and the goal to be in harmony with self and others including the Earth or shall we ask another who does not know us or our true hopes and dreams😊 truly knowing oneself it's truly knowing the needs of another without language Africa also all of humanity has so much potential the idea the feeling that we are not already fulfilled leads to pride ego and the need to control others take it warm and easy listen to the part of the that has no argument of why things should just this way I am from America I know that there is a Divine one that created us all known by many different names we are so much closer to this one then we could ever believe the beautiful one resides within each and everyone of us if we do not realize this things will not change they will get worse the only difference between people is the difference that people make language culture ideas expected behaviors in culture at the end of the day we are all the creation of the beautiful one
How stupid of them
Yes, the answer to African's problem of underdevelopment is to find African solutions as far as possible.
By now Africa leaders must know two factors.
1. Much of the problems in Africa have been caused by Europe and the US. They control the global economy which offers little benefits to developing countries.
2. The so called West have little or no interest in the development of developing countries. They want to continue to exploit the resources of developing countries.
So why should African leaders turn to these countries for solutions to Africa's problems?
They have failed us for around five hundred years and will continue to so for the next five hundred years if we allow them.
We must not allow them.
