As someone who's played football, all they do is teach you to hit between the waist and chest and wrap them up. In my opinion, was it dirty? Yes. Was it legal? Yes.
It's funny how Skip thinks he's qualified to tell SB champion Shannon Sharpe what's dirty and not

What happen to hitting at the numbers? What happen to wrapping a guy up and taking him down? Today is guys throwing their bodies into players or grabbing at the side of the shoulder pad to pull a guy down awkwardly. These are not traditional tackling techniques. This play could have ruined his season or worse his career. It's fine if you miss a tackle but today players will do the worst to make a tackle.
Definitely a legal hit, but I can see how you can say it was a little dirty.
This is just another hurdle ODB gonna take on hes gonna bounce back unlike some of these receivers.
Gronk gets hit low every time tho! Sucks to be on defense because you can't hit high and now soon to be not hit low lol
We're only having this discussion because it's a star receiver. if this were any 2nd or 3rd string no name receiver for the Colts or bills nobody would care at all.

Bush League , I'm a victim of a ACL injury, could of tackle me anywhere and tackled my knee.
Had it been a QB that got hit low, that defensive player would have been fined.

Am I the only one who doesn't think the hit was dirty? For one the guy was losing his footing and 2 he just made a good tackle. People are being a bit to sensitive on this all only because it's OBJ.
