I imagine there is quite a bit of noise from all the building going on there. This is a nice size for one person & a furry best friend.

You can take a weed waker and make that area yours with stones and mulch like others have done at the tiny community, randy Jones has equipment for free to use. Once their done with the grove it should be quieter. Welcome to Newport tenn, hope you like it their
Yes, but not all of us have extra money to put in to that, plus, if I'm not staying here forever, I'm not going to fix it up lol. It wouldn't pay to even do that.
First YT video! Congrats! Just an FYI...turn your phone on it's side for landscape view instead of portrait. You get the wide angle view that way which doesn't cut off the sides of what you're recording. 😀 It looks better that way for your viewers too which means more subscribers. If you're using a GoPro to record this then you might want to double check your settings.

My wife and I were just there (ITH) in early August, wish we knew about your channel then, we would have stopped and said hello. I know we walked by your place at least 4 times while we were there trying to decide if it was for us. We stayed in Southern Bell Blue tiny house on the first road into the Forrest. Loved it but couldn't swing the right deal on a custom.
Beautiful Tiny. I love TN but can't live in high humidity country so I'm in the SW which is Dry.. It also what I could pay cash for a small country parcel - undeveloped. Do you work remotely? Congrats on the new channel best wishes for the future. BTW a few small containers of flowers would look super - get creative on alternative containers - repurpose anything / everything ( spray paint).. The plants are so expensive but worth it.

Affordable housing is important. How is the road maintenance in this community? If you are in a safe area, trash properly hauled away with access to water, sewer, albeit some road noise, sure makes this place worth it as communities evolve.
I will say it used to be affordable. Smh. Now people seem to be asking unreasonable amounts when they sell. I mean, it's a tiny house. Lol so much for affordable. There is no road maintenance here. Lol I'm just happy if I don't get a nail in my tire driving through here.
@@italian_grl Correct me if I am wrong but is the name of the thoroughfare Industrial Road? You many have to invest in some arborvitaes to reduce the road noise. I am sorry so many folks get green gill greedy when they got a fair deal & then exploit it full throttle on the next guy who needs affordable housing.
