I feel you, mine's not as bad but I'm getting there over the years. I'm also in the group of people who keep degenerating despite being into my 30s now. I'm at a -5 for now. About 5 years ago it was -4. I can't see clearly more than about 1ft in front of my face without my glasses. 1000% agree about the X-mas tree thing though

I’m far sighted lol if I remember correctly, my left eye is 70/20 and my right eye is 100/20 😅
