    They just kept the name, In the fifties it was called a Bedford CA and now it's called a Vauxhall Vivaro, better then and better now.

      @@StaycationLifestyle I didn't say it was, I said VW had kept the Transporter name. The once Bedford CA today is called the Vauxhall Vivaro, since the Bedford name was dropped in favour of the car name for their vans.

      Bedford do also have a historic following also. History there too 👍🏼

      @@StaycationLifestyle I am an old Brit and remember, my dad had a CA mobile shop and mate had a bay window, so could do the comparison. Both underpowered but the Bedford would go anywhere...and had a heater..ha ha.
