  • Introducing the Tank Yellowjacket, the ultimate choice for dominating challenging environments. The Tank line is already known for its exceptional control, but the Yellowjacket Tour Edition takes it to the next level with a microcell polymer (MCP) coverstock featuring MOTIV’s new Duramax™ additive. This innovative technology gives you a strong MCP shape while being adaptive to finish adjustments.

May I ask What layouts did u use? Im 2 hand as well and I’m Looking for a super Dry lane piece. Something before I start hooking a spare ball. 😂 I liked the look of this ball with the polish. Was thinking about taking it to 5000 polish with a 5 x 4 x 3.5 2LS layout (looked close to your layouts). Something that gets down with ease, but with some smooth pop.

Absolutely do not buy a Tank (or anything resembling urethane) for dry lanes. For dry lanes, you want shiny, probably pearl if not hybrid covers, and typically on the weaker end. For Motiv, Thrills and Fatal Venoms would fit the bill.

@@primaljackalthis is true of traditional urethane balls. I am a two hander and rev dominant. I brought the tank up to 3000 grit and polished it. Doesn’t skate like a plastic ball but when lanes dry the ball works great for me.
