Imagine having a world where you have J Jonah Jameson, Glenn from the walking dead, Two Freddie mercury lookalikes, Steve Harvey, and a worn out colonel sanders as super Saiyan's.
The reason this is hard to tell is because Nolan also gets stronger throughout the series. In his and Thraggs first fight he couldn’t do anything. In their second he held his own for a little bit and he cut his nose. In their third he held his own for a while and then broke thraggs nose. That being said, people don’t realize just how much eve powered up mark after the “fight” with thragg. Mark did far better against Thragg than everyone other than battle beast. Even before he took the fight to the sun, Mark was ditching out blows that were actually hurting thragg. And in the Sun Marks pain tolerance was way higher than Thraggs which is why he was doing so well. And don’t forget that Mark was strong enough to rip out Thraggs flesh to kill him.

0:40 - Interesting theory. It could be like Captain America "nudging" Mjolnir, but pretending not to be able to lift it in order to not embarrass Thor or anybody else present.
That's why Thor said, "I KNEW IT!" when Cap summoned Mjolnir in Endgame. He figured that Cap was faking the lift years ago.
The final battle was impressive, given that thrgg rippedhim apart like tissue paper after oliver got murdered by Thragg. Thragg had that durability that invincible didn't if he did their wouldn't be a need for the trip to the sun. He even needed help from rex conner suit and to not die and a rescue from allan with Eves powers to bring him back from near death. Thragg never understood the value of friendship and family.

Also to be fair, there's really not a lot of details regarding how some of the alternate dimension Invincibles stripped Thragg's authority away and took charge of the empire, so I really wouldn't prefer claiming something along the lines of he fought Thragg. The same principle also applied to that alternate dimension Mark that killed his own father; we don't really know how the battle played out.

Pre final battle mark is weaker than omni man, but when we get to the final war mark completly surpasses him

Most of the points are valid, but I don't really agree on your claim that Mark's sheer strength alone killed Conquest on their first battle. It's what finished him off, yes. But what severely weakened him is that energy beam Eve unleashed. That energy beam Eve blasted isn't any conventional fire you see everyday, as it's been shown in the comics that conventional flames don't hurt Viltrumites that much unless that fire comes from a direct energy source like the sun. To put it on a scale, try to search images on the internet what a 4th degree burns does to humans, put the flames to the extreme, and try to take Viltrumites in place of the human. Pretty deadly, isn't it? And that's what I think severely weakened Conquest.
The way I see it Post war Invincible>Thragg>Conquest>Omniman. BTW What happened to your voice? Sounds a bit muffled?
