Yes, retro planets going direct can have a direct impact on the native especially if the planet is conjunct an angle or rules an angle. Same happened to me at 35 when Uranus went direct in secondary progressions. Thanks!

This was a great video. Both my Ascendant Dispositor's Lord is retrograde, along with the ruling planet of the retrograde planet aspected by my retrograde Saturn. Which rules essentially the rest of my chart. Very fun topic and I 100% relate with the disagreeable nature of it. I heard an astrologer yesterday say Mercury doesn't fit for Virgo (my ascendent) but instead uses Ceres and Chiron. That fits so much better. It is my understanding that Mercury definitely rules Virgo. It works well for most people. In my own experience, I have a mutual reception between Moon in Virgo H11 and Mercury in Taurus, H7 and three of my major relationships came from spending time at a health community (Virgo H11) that I had to travel a distance to (9th ruler in 11th). I've heard others try and relate Chiron to Virgo because of the myth and subsequent association of Chiron with health and sickness, but I don't see it that way and to me it resonates more with Aquarius being that it travels in between Saturn and Uranus and shares qualities of both. You have to be more specific. What don't you agree about? If you are talking about past lives, no that's not astrology but bull-shittery. Unless it can be validated it shouldn't be a part of astrology since so much of what people think they know can easily be proven wrong just by actually looking at charts, which many astrologers fail to do, surprisingly! And no, Gemini is definitely not the reason I think this way. It's my heavy earth placements and Saturn in the 9th quadrant which keeps me from being a fool.
