YES. There is such a thing as nipple confusion. 🍼

Nipple confusion can also be referred to as flow preference. ✅
This occurs when a baby is offered to feed at the breast after being bottlefed.
What happens is that a baby finds the milk from the bottle easier to get because they don't have to work as hard with the milk just continuously flowing from the bottle.
Compare that to breastfeeding where they have full control of the suction making milk flow totally dependent on them. They then don't understand why this time, milk flows differently than it did with the bottle. 🤔
