Hi every time I se Everett I could just hug him he’s so cute bless him. I’ve never been to a Costco it’s a bit to far away from us .it looks great. Everything going up .I’m starting my diet tomorrow Monday the last seven weeks I’ve had ulility room and new kitchen put in hopefully tomorrow it will be all finished it’s been mad the dust has been everywhere we cleaned everyday to keep it he dust down. I realized you got imitation crab..I love it..you should make some crab Rangoon if you've ever had it? it's made w imitation crab & cream cheese in wonton wrappers..just delicious!

oh I wanted to say the price of Milk here in Delaware I'd $3.68 @ Walmart..Aldi is $2.99...it's outrageous to us too ! Fruit is really expensive in general. Watch the channel Freakin Frugal (I commented on there page for viewers to see your vlogs of how price diff is) anywhoo they dumpster dive at mainly Aldi..they do wash their fruit etc..but you'd be amazed at how much stores throw away..there's many CZcamsrs who now do this..not that I'm better than that, but I'm glad we have the means to shop..but everyone loves a bargain!

A cow!! Not sure it would save us $$ up here in AK but it would be an adventure. We did have Alpine dairy goats for a year that I milked. It was such a fun adventure and we loved the milk but it is really hard to have animals that need your attention that much when you travel and adventure as much as we do. Everett is so entertaining and I enjoy your interaction with him. I checked my local Costco in the San Francisco Bay Area this morning (May 18th) for the milk prices. Two gallons of 2% milk is $7.49 and 2 gallons of whole milk is $7.79.

Guacamole is good or you can put cream cheese and western dressing together and mix it together and eat that and that’s also delicious
Whenever I go to Costco and see the new items or samples I think about Everett's taste test opinion. I avoid what he doesn't like. He's my food critic.

That is too funny! He has pretty good taste. When he goes to school I think I could bring a Tupperware to put all the samples in so that he can try them after school as his snack, wouldn't that be hilarious!

Our Wegmans, grocery store makes what they call a Red, White and Blue bread. Only during the timme right befire Memorial day, and Labor day. Its really good with blueberries and cranberry. Actually picked up a half loaf, this morning. Vickie from SE Pa

Yesterday I paid 3.05 for a gallon of milk in Ohio. I would keep an eye out for Kroger (or whatever it's called in Alaska) when they have their milk deals or other deals.
Everett got some good samples on this trip! I love the white chocolate Lindor chocolate.

As always another great haul from Costco. Here in Ontario prices are going crazy as well. Milk is priced at 4 litres for 5.69$ Canadian, the price went up a dollar for the first time in a very long time. The government locks the price. But it does appear to be cheaper. I am going to miss Everett when he starts school. ❤
Hey here is a new soup for you to try on a cold snowy night are a rainy night get 2 bags mixed verges. A large can diced tomatoes 1 can of tomato paste a bag okra 1 are 2 pounds ground beef minced garlic 1 onion diced up salt an black pepper an oregano an washtersher souces. Put in a stock pot with beef broth an add about 2 are 3 cups watter ster it an boil for a bout 45 minutes but fry ground beef be for thin add it to pot. It's good my mom use to make it for use an now i fixe it. It's yummy God bless

Hey here is a next reshape to try out. Rice a roni chicken flavor 1 backing dish put rice in thin 1 can peas thin 1 can diced carrots. An you can put other veget in also put in 1 box chicken broth. Lauren, that was surprisingly cheap. I am blown away at what things cost nowadays. You did well! Your strawberries 🍓 were cheaper than our BJ's in Pennsylvania. Everett saying "I love when my Mom cleans so I don't step on toys!"( Love this!!) We've got to watch those dreaded 🦶legos.....Ouch!
Legos are the worst for stepping on! That was the cheapest I have seen strawberries in a really long time! It can be depressing what things are costing but I am trying to focus on gratitude for all the great things we have available. Thank you so much for watching, we are so grateful!
Looks like a fruit and veggie haul this time. Might I suggest a smoothie with the peaches. Cut up and freeze. You can treat yourself during the week. And Everett, adorable as ever.🥤
The peaches were so good they got eaten quickly but that is a great idea! Maybe next time if I find them on sale again
I usually buy a box of peaches every summer. I skin, pit and slice. Add 5-6 crush Vitamin C Tablets, stir and bag in Ziploc baggies. The Vitamin C help retain color. Good for smoothies, cobblers and just eating. Try it
homemade hummus is way better and not too hard to make. I am not a huge fan of store brought hummus either but homemade always hits the spot

I like to get the organic milk and I have to check priced for sales at the local grocery store becuse it gose on sale it is less then Costco or Sam's club. so what type of milk you get I learn back in 2012 that you got to check local stores adds because you can get it less every now and then. I am shocked how much milk at Costco is for Alaska residents.

Your fortunate that your Costco always has so many samples! Our Sam's Club hardly ever has more than 2 at a time and lots of times none at all! The samples are my family's only way of getting to try a lot of things since we cannot afford to buy them. Our familys weekly budget $130 has to cover literally everything! It doesn't go far at all, especially now!

I just went grocery shopping today and like WOOOO the prices getting so high. Hanging baskets were 2 for $55 where I am and normally, they were 10.99 if that.
We have never had them for 1099. But they do seem expensive this year and I can never seem to find them in stock!
I have switched to the almond milk in bulk down there because the milk prices are way to high. Maybe you can try switching to a nut milk

Yes, we use US dollars. Things are quite expensive because it has to be shipped a long way!
