- It's time to revisit one of the forgotten gems of the 90s sci-fi renaissance- the fantastic Outer Limits revival which ran from 1995 to 2002. Those of you who enjoy classic Outer Limits will probably also enjoy the new Outer Limits. Here are some of my top picks.
10. Bogos
9. Ellis’ return
8. The night of the Keys
7. Denver Colorado
6. CGI KAREN
5. The man from beyond
4. The frog of Norte dame
3. Truth serum
2. 117’s god
1. INFINITE DIVINE TAPESTRY
Not to worry- while Divine Tapestry may not be infinite, it's certainly expansive
I thought I would be bored out of my mind by this video, I’ve never watched this show before, but somehow your personality and small edits made this video very very entertaining, so thank you nicolas for this very high quality video!
I agree. Even though we started off as fans of Nicolas just because of bogos I have grown to be an actual fan of the man himself no matter what content he is producing
Editing, I feel, is an important element of video production, and oft neglected
@@NicolasSequeira I feel like your personality sells these videos more than the editing.
@@granite5960 That could be it. I do bring a lot to the table in terms of delivery and presentational flair
Some of my favorites are The Sandkings, Skin Deep, The Conversion, Final Appeal parts 1 and 2, Deja Vu, The Sentence, Nightmare, Dead Man's Switch, The Message, Final Exam, and Vanishing Act. Posted at 1:17 PM Central Time 9/22/2022 from Texas.
I haven't heard of most of those, what with the series being extremely long like I said. I'll check 'em out!
Hello - I subbed 😀👍 - my general observation on old vs. new twilight zone and outer limit episodes . . the "new" ones seem dated from today's perspective but the originals are classic and timeless . . black and white might have something to do with it . . .
Well, like I said, I think Rod Serling's early death really killed the franchise. Keeping Twilight Zone going without Rod Serling is kind of like keeping Star Wars going without George Lucas- visually, you can make a product that sounds and feels sort of like Twilight Zone- but that Serling-esque cynicism and biting commentary will be missing
@@NicolasSequeira agreed - the new twilght zone seemed like TZ in name only . . I do think that generally speaking night gallery is an undiscovered gem - i read that rod serling wasn't happy w it though . .
Strange......something
It doesn't get much stranger than these
