Rest in peace Harold Budd.
a beautiful piece of music I discovered after Harold Budd passing.
I'm in a weird moment of my life, once again, and this soothes my heart and soul
thank you!
Found this and it was most comforting the night my 17 year old pet expired
That brought a tear to my eyes. Been there, been there over and over.
You were a good dad, life goes on.
So sorry. I know that feeling. 17 years is a long time, you were a great pet companion.
came searching mellow grief music after burying a cat we only had a couple of months. Very surprised how painful that is, too, not getting the companionship you think you will.
Maybe I would have liked to have mentioned: Wilma was my little spotted turtle. She slept under the corner of my pillow once in a while, and liked to hang out in my shirt pocket and watch Bonanza sometimes. She gave me 17 wonderful babies and died with eggs stuck inside her. I could both feel joy and could cry with her. Yes, turtles do have unique and individual personalities.
RIP Harold, You've been with me for so long, and will always remain.
I feel the same way.
He had a good innings. He was well into his 80s and made some interesting music. A life well lived.
Harold Budd 1936 - 2020 May you rest in peace
Another legend leaves us. Sad days. The music lives on though! ❤️

Introspective, meditative, deep, deepen the purest feelings ... it is the sea at dawn, the stream at sunset, the star at dawn that announces the dawn ... Thank you Harold and Clive, cosmic embrace from the Argentine pampas ...
Wow...im glad I found this ❤beautiful bliss
New to Harold Budd just came from Pavilion of Dreams with Eno. Rest easy Harold and your Divine Mind
Dear You Tube, the ads you place before beautiful pieces of music like this are offensive.
Dear Dmetri, install Adblock ;) it will block all pre load advertisements.

Dmetri Kakmi Dear Dmetri, Irfan, Agne-Lisa and anyone else who complains about free access . . . enjoy the ads and stop complaining. You get the music for FREE. Otherwise you'd have to pay a subscription fee or some other kind of fee.
Appreciate the advertisements!
+George Tate I can't agree more. We now in the world want it so easy yet we don't think and value what we already have. Remember how no youtube, and the only free music is Radio and buy albums. Now everything is at our fingertips. Yet we complain also
+Jog Singh its not you tube that shares this incredible music my friend, is the people that invest a lot of time and money to upload it. CZcams only make money with the ads.
Harold Budd.
R.I.P.❤️
✍️Thankyou for your gift and
Your Genius.
Music does Heal .
And you left behind your Works.
To Sooth and Comfort us.
Understand and study Cymatics. Realise that Harold Budd is an examplar of another dimension in music, his music can alter for the better one's brains frequency of what you really are and what it's connected too, it will separate the dross from the sublime. Turn off, listen and re-connect to that which is within you. Know thyself through a change of vibration's,in essence re-tune that dial !
Have you ever considered that a personal psychological positive effect isn't actually evidence of intangible healing capability of music, and that maybe certain kinds of music simply trigger positive emotional reactions that indirectly improve overall physical well being by well known and directly measurable mechanisms?

Exquisitely beautiful. Seriously soul-soothing stuff.
A sensitive and lashing melody that makes us travel through the essence of the lost blossoms. Beautiful!
so this never happens- middle of the nite- found exactly what i was looking for- thankyou uploader- all involved.
WONDERFUL.....deep and SUBLIME!!!
FOREVER HOLD MY BREATH is arguably one of the best pieces Budd ever did with any collaborator. It is masterful.
you gave us a lot of wonderful music ....... may eternal glory be your maestro ....
Harold Budd is da bomb.
Now this one is really special
Rest in beauty dear sir, in the place where your music came from.
The most beautiful album by Harold Budd 1 Clive Wright. The first track is outstanding. So much beauty in 32 minutes.
Jamie Baker thanks the inquiry from Brooklyn, NY keyboard artiste extraordinare David Linard, I have started listening to Harold Budd's extraordinary music!
So beautiful. wow. RIP Harold. Now going down a Clive Wright rabbit hole...
Alice is it? This newspeak means people do more than read a blurb on a jacket, but open a book? Dolt.
A Song For Lost Blossoms... What a poetic and tearful title.
Thank you nenlaith!
The Maestro - simply sublime.
this comforts my miserable bipolar episodes
You can't make them joyous? What about the highs? Surely?
Added to my "Music for Thinking" list - superb!

You can't beat Budd or Eno. This one is a top fave of the Budds.
Thank you nenlaith for posting this. It is exquisite and is giving me so much pleasure.
Il vous en prie .............
Deafeningly brilliant.
Warning for sleepers - A Song For Lost Blossoms has a girl talking in it!
northern lights flow in every note, a gentle quake ebbs inside.
This is beautiful as the chance meeting of a dessert spoon impregnated with chocolate and a plastic bottle without a protective cap, on the edge of a devastated heath covered with weeds following a succession of bad weather caused by a depression coming from northern Europa
this is good....

Murakami is a trip
just a thought but for the time and effort one person puts into a project u have to be a real hater with a negative agenda to thumbs down yall know who u are God bless
Except you wrote this out...😅😉🤣
I was digging it until about 13 minute mark, when it started reminding me of unimaginative Vini Rielly. I feel like I'm listening to someone exploring a guitar delay's basic settings for the first time. But at the 15' mark we go back to the delicious Fripperisms! Pleasant overall, but I more highly recommend Budd and John Foxx's trilogy of Drift Music, Translucence, and Nighthawks at the Diner. :-) Those three albums are gripping and engaging in a way that no other Harold Budd album I've heard is, or ambient albums in general for that matter.
Sure.
Bill Nelson surely and his e bow.
Amo muito, 46:51
One hundredth!!
I have heard Robert Fripp vibes all around...Check "Nuages" from King Krimson. You will be amazed.
I'm lying on this music and it's taking me far far away from here. Flying till I can't say the difference between me and the air. The Lost Blossom is hiding i n s i d e.
Simply stunning. ❤
Another hungry empire 🗽but it's a nice Day to play outside.
Hard to believe Clive and Anna from Cock Robin are on guitars and reading respectively
My like is "3456" yeah!!!! good look!!!
33:10 Jasika Nicole from the fiction podcast Alice isn't Dead?
Remember, to know ABOUT is worthless. The word "about" means around. To know about something means to go on moving in circles, around and around. The word "about" is beautiful. Whenever you read "about," read "around." When somebody says, "I know ABOUT God," read: he knows AROUND God. He goes in a circle. And real knowing is never about, never around; it is direct, it is a straight line. Osho, cupido of flash
Except that's not how language works, but I guess con artists and cult leaders do.
funny theres a cough in forever hold my breath
Who is the vocal?
Anna LaCazio
sounds like the ps4 menu music
Sorry, Mark was it? Did you say something after "Just ..."? I'd already moved on to something of interest.

FWIW, this album, A Song for Lost Blossoms [2008] scores 3.49 on RateYourMusic dot com, while 2009's follow up, Candylion, scores 3.60. I'm bailing on this meandering mess to go check out Candylion! - but alas, no one's uploaded the entire Candylion album! :-(
Ok.
Just a bunch of echo's and reverbs !!...bored after 2 minutes I'm afraid.
Mike Jenkins you must let go and flow...become one with the journey my friend. 😊
Because you are dull inside
Let me check your playlist... 😝🖓😒
