How to grease Ski-Doo PDrive rollers

  • The Pdrive clutch that is on a lot of BRP products since 2017 needs a little maintenance to prevent an expensive repair bill. It's not difficult, here is a little look at how I do it.

    Thanks for the vid. I like the idea of not having to use the stuff they charge $60+ an ounce for. Can you post some sources for the grease fitting and what type and brand name of grease you recommend.

    link to grease?? I'd rather grease more often and not worry about the $60 per ounce isoflex

      I don’t have a link for the grease, I just buy it locally. It’s a Molykote product used in industrial electric motors.

    What size grease nipple did you use, a m10 and 1/8 won’t fit or thread?

      It’s been a couple years now but I think I tapped it to take a common npt pipe thread
