Once a month have a cheat day.
Because if you starve or deny yourself you will fail. I have been a diabetic since 1997 I am 60 years old now. Praying for your healing ❤️🩹

Sending thoughts and prayers for Chef yes our Hamo dads who are diabetics can be verry hard to work with...these if we don't watch what they eat they're off eating things they shouldn't be and then back on the hospital bed again. Yes sister I know the pain my hubby is type 2 diabetic and boy can he be stubborn when it comes to diet lolz....Beautiful meal of taco's thanks for having us over to share your meal ladies. Use olive oil if fry fish or chicken small portion also, serve small portion a lot of food is good just don’t over do it. Good luck chef, may God continue to help you fight the cancer.
