  • I want to buy a commercial real estate property in Kansas City, Missouri, but sometimes banks don't want to work with you unless you're speaking their language. Sometimes they have arbitrary policies and want things done a very specific way. This is how to deal with banks when they say no, how to work with banks, and what to do when banks deny your loan. I hope you enjoy & learn something from this video!

great video troy! Love the transparency and real life situations investors run into. Not like the rest of the RE Channel who spew the same talking points over and over.

Thank you for saying the quiet part out loud Troy! You have the financing lined up, you’re a good candidate to qualify for a loan, and because you don’t speak loan officer, they’d rather loan a tycoon the money to buy the property than a perfectly suited private citizen. I hope you over come this diversity, Troy!
Update to my last comment, I will be wrapping up college by the end of the year and I have a new job locked down Laying down tile floor for commercial properties. I hope to make some new connections doing that while continuing to save up for the first flip property. Baby steps!
