This is how to Drive for Dollars: Meaning, you're driving around different neighborhoods and different parts of a city to find houses that might be vacant, in disrepair, or in need of a renovation. This is one of the BEST ways to find deals in real estate because it's a great way to find off-market properties, and off-market properties are the best types of deals to find.
I'm in Mississippi in this video, but you can do this in any market to try to find cheap houses. Even if you're in a rural area, there's a ton of value to be found. You can find houses for $40,000 all the way down to even $1,000 depending on the circumstances. If you're trying to learn how to buy cheap homes, this is how we do it!
