Sadly the law does not allow these in the UK where this ad was filmed. Happily it seems they rarely do, but there are plenty of other electric-assisted bicycles that are legal to use on the roads, because they only supply electric drive during pedaling, they won't supply electrical assistance above 15.5mph, and their motor is 250W or less.
