so i've been doing this for about 2 weeks staright now everyday 3 times a day while maintaing a somewhat healty diet, anyways my abs are crazy right now and i'd advice that if you are not tired by the time the timeclock finishes do the exercice until you literally at the point where you can't do no more instead of stopped at a point where you can do more. idk worked for me. if this comment spreads ill answer some questions.

i’ve used this video and a combination of other ab workout videos for year now… i think this is the best one. the burn and the short time it takes to work your abs this hard is perfect for anyone who doesn’t actually enjoy working out abs that much lol

that’s all down to diet and not really how hard you work them, I’m tryna get bigger so I have a higher fat content, therefore my abs aren’t popping like crazy. If you want abs and don’t enjoy spending time on them, use this vid a few times a week and enter a calorie deficit if you wanna see them more defined 👍

Just so you know: if you have belly fat, this isn’t going to do anything in terms of physical looks. You’ll have a stronger core but you need to get rid of belly fat in order for toned abs to show. You can do that by running or cardio based strength training. Like he said, if it was easy, everyone would have a six pack.
Another thing to add on top of that is too make sure your on a diet or at least eating healthy. Abs are made int he kitchen

Thank you for making me laugh and almost die after doing this workout 3 times.
I've been doing this workout occasionally for two years along with lots of other exercise. This video is amazing it helped introduce me to ab workouts and I have lost 95% of my fat now I am working on muscle tone. I went from 215 at my heaviest to 140 ish and this man is one of the many I have to thank for helping me on my journey, I have introduced friends to this video and I am already noticing change in them. Thanks for this video bro, I've been working out with you for years now - I'm almost 50 - you (and a lot of other guys on YT) have helped me get into the best shape of my life
To people out there doing this remember to exhale when you pull your abs in on every stroke, pumps blood around your abs which will inturn give you more results, you'll feel it working.
Also a good idea is to do one of the longer 10-15 min ab workouts on youtube as a full routine and then do this workout at the end as a final burn out, i've been doing that for about 3 weeks or so now and i'm getting pretty good results so far.

I’ve been doing this 4 times a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night, for just 12 days now. I have extremely noticeable improvement. Not saying u need to do it as much as I do, I just want faster results, plus I also run track and we do ab workouts occasionally during practice so that can also attribute to my quick results. As long as u are consistent and hardworking, you’ll eventually get the results u want ! ! !

Final Update: School has rolled around and I'm struggling to balance this on top of it. I think this is where the road ends. This has been a great journey and I'm here to detail what happens if you do this for as long as I did it (2 months). With this, your abs will harden a lot, and you will be able to see ur abs in the mirror. They wont be looking too ripped, but when u flex you'll see and be able to feel ur six pack. This exercise itself only burns 20 calories and if you add this on top of Part 2, its around 50 calories in total. Along with this, I reduced my caloric intake, started eating more veggies, reducing snacks and sweets, doing lots of cardio, and burning about 1,200 calories a day. In order to do this and if you want to see results this cannot be the only thing you do, and you need to be completely committed to the grind. All in all, this will get you strong abs but if you don't have all the time in order to fully commit, then this is not the exercise for you. Good luck on your journey and I hope you achieve your goals! This was a great ride and I hope y'all try it out too!
15 Year Old, Slightly Overweight, has some outline of abs when I flex really hard. Bit of excess body fat. Will update every day, rest every 10 days. Will do parts 1 and 2. I will do this for 2 months. No diet by the way. Sticking to around 1,800 calories a day.

Also thinking on going for runs each day, which I used to do but now its hot as hell in SoCal so idk what to do. Update: Tbh, there really hasn't been much of an impact. My abs are a lot stronger, and the exercises are becoming a lot easier. I'm able to do each one of these fluently, no problem. But there is still like a layer of fat over my abs which is so stubborn. I've been doing hiit and jumproping every single day but I still cant lose it. Idk what else I should do to lose it. But ima continue doing this for a good 60-70 days more and I hope that I can get some resemblance of a six pack by then (without flexing).

Edit: I figured that y'all wanna hear about how this is affecting my body rather than just seeing how I update my workouts. So all in all, this has truly strengthened my abs (Especially my left middle ab, everything is somewhat hardened but that one is as hard as a rock lmao) and I can feel each individual ab when I flex. I can also see the abs when I flex. But doing this is not enough. You need to be somewhat skinny if you want to do this exercise and see results. If you're like 600 pounds, don't expect anything lol.

Im 16 and I found this to be pretty good. This excercise helps develop your core, but if you want the "look" of abs, it's all about diet. The reason abs show is due to no body fat on your stomach area. This is a great place to start but you should supplement this exercise with some fat burning cardio and a slight change in diet in order to achieve the look.

November 17th, 2019 (1 Week Update): I have decided to give an update halfway through since some of ya'll have been asking. My abs aren't crazy right now, but you can tell that I work out. My abs are much stronger and I feel better about myself. I suggest combining this with some fat-burning exercises, though, because this is to gain the muscles and not for toning. Remember to keep a healthy diet. I do this twice earlier in the day, and twice later. Two tips are to 1. Try to go at his pace or faster (as long as you’re doing it correctly) and 2. At your last set of Roman Twists, go until you can barely move. So far, this is working for me.
Week 4: I made it 4 weeks instead of 2. I’ll give it to you short and sweet: this works. It doesn’t give you a six-pack, but it does strengthen your abs, no doubt about it. This is for people that already have abs and need to maintain it. What I recommend is doing this plus a fat burning routine to show those abdominal muscles off. Then, you’ll probably get one. ATHLEAN-X has some great tips you should check out. Proud of y’all. I’m probably going to keep doing this for another month or two.

I've done this for 3 months now. For the first month I could only manage doing the first half of this exercise. For the next 2 months I started doing the full 4 minutes and after 3 months of doing this 3 times a week, it's genuinely easy to do right the way through. Hard work pays off everyone!

I go to a gym and do all kinds of workouts but this one is always part of my ab routine no matter what! I've watched this video every Wednesday for about 4 years now and it never gets old

When I'm strictened for time as a single parent working a full time job, this is my go to. I'm an althete. Sitting at 14% body fat, a national life guard, long distance runner and fire performer. I can perform this entire routine, and feel completely satisfied. 🎉 bravo Brandon

2 weeks later: Whoohoo I did it! The workout got slightly easier every time but I still feel the burn. As for my abs, they're POPPIN bro. I started this challenge with little definition and ended with a good (almost) six pack. I'm gonna do this workout another 2 weeks and then update you again.
Edit again: The workout is almost too easy for me now so I'm gonna switch to another. My abs are looking really good, but I ate a lot on Christmas and gained a few pounds so gotta take care of that. Overall I recommend this workout for a quick but challenging workout that fits into your schedule easily.
