I am quitting soccer I have watched 36 videos on how and it doesn't work
When u said this, it reminded me when I was 13 years old and I was practicing alone in the garage of my house trying to learn how to juggle consistently. It didn't take me until 8 years later to fully master juggling. Everyone grows at different rates and this shouldn't be the reason you quit soccer. I had plenty of opportunities to quit and look where I am now. It will take time. Just give me 10 juggles at a time and make that your goal. When you do that, give me 15, and so on, and so forth. The point is don't give up. I was once in your shoes since I didn't have anyone to teach me. That's why I started this channel in the first place. If I had to give you advice, just have fun. Go play with your friends and enjoy the game. You can always refer to this video but it'll naturally come to you as you get older and your muscles develop as well as your coordination. Hope this helps!

@@deletedperson231 same here. I’ve always struggled with injuries throughout my career. Mainly my groin/hip flexor and knee but I still keep going and I encourage u to do the same. Find strength in your weakness and with time u will be healed and u will get better at the sport. Trust me 🤙

Great vid. At what point do you get diminishing returns from juggling? Like I can get to 138 juggles now, which isn’t very much obviously but breaking 100 was huge for me. Is there a point trying to get to 200, 300 etc? Or should I focus on a different technique to work on my ball control?
That’s great that u got to more than 100 juggles! U would have to explain that part of “diminishing juggles” a bit more. Honestly there is no point of going to 200 or 300 really. But we are talking about juggling 100 times barely struggling and just not even really thinking about it, it’s just natural. At that point, I would say there is no point cause do u need to juggle a soccer ball 200 times to make a team? I would say yes to working on different techniques. This is where u learn to juggle a tennis ball, small ball, etc. then learning to control the ball with your first touch off of driven passes/crosses. U would actually benefit from my drills on the page, check the playlists for “ball control ⚽️”, I think that’s the name of the playlist but I could be wrong
Work on different techniques, as you progess the record would increase naturally
provide with some slow motions clips
I’ll keep that in mind next time but if u need the clips slowed down, there is an option on YT where u can adjust the playback speed to a slower speed

Terrible advice, sorry. The sweet spot should be closer to the center of your laces, not the toes. Juggling teaches you how to kick with the widest area of the foot, enabling shooting and passing technique. The toes won’t do you much good.
